Noel says this is the bit he really likes as everyone is so pumped up and ready to play their game, he talks about 3 people who are nervous, they are Rob, Suzi, and Kerry, so he gets the tissues out in case they need them!
Suzi has box 13 today. Noel says he is disappointed as there was no tears! She is from Glasgow and runs her own piano club where she teaches children how to play. Suzi weighs up all the possible outcomes, and her boyfriend says he will stick by whatever decision she makes. The Banker calls back with some stats for Suzi if she plays on. Noel tells her the reality is that if she plays on she is taking a big gamble.
