Banker's offer:
SWAP

Esher says
SWAP

Noel takes box 7 away from Esher and gives her box 21

Jimmy Carr's Deal or No Deal Game Report - Deal or No Deal Celebrity Specials

Today's celebrity player is JIMMY CARR.

Noel welcomes us to the first ever celebrity special of Deal or No Deal, and there are some special titles which feature a giant phone attacking Noel. Noel talks about the varying games that the show brings, and he wonders how celebrities will play the games because they'll be playing for charity.

We get to see a video which features Jimmy Carr talking about being on the show.

Jimmy says he can't believe his luck and thinks it's really weird! Noel says anyone can stand up and make people laugh, but DoND is a very complex game! Jimmy says today's box-openers are comedians from Britain's comedy circuit, and Noel says it should be the funniest show ever.

The goldfish-bowl of balls are brought out for Jimmy to choose a box, and he randomly chooses BOX 22.

Round 1
Jimmy says he's thrilled to be playing with the death box. He chooses Adam first, and he talks about his worst ever comedy gig!
2 - Adam - £10
5 - Jojo - £100,000
Jimmy asks Mick what he thinks about his box, and he says he only agreed to be on the show as he thought Alan Carr was playing.
17 - Mick - £5
8 - Tom - £1,000
9 - Alistair - £5,000

Banker time
The banker screams down the phone and speaks to Jimmy. Jimmy asks the banker whether he wants to steal all the money and they can split it between them. The banker says if Jimmy says DEAL now, he'll get a free holiday to the Seychelles!

Banker's offer:
HOLIDAY BRIBE

Jimmy says he can't go on holiday as he has shows to do - proper comedy shows, not daytime shows. Jimmy says if the banker works for him, he'll put him on-screen! The banker rings back and also offers a diamond bracelet to Jimmy's girlfriend!

Banker's offer:
BLING BRIBE

Jimmy says his girlfriend would sleep with the banker to get that, as the ring is worth £10,000. The banker rings back and says deal! He then rings again and says the ring will be engraved so it can only be sold to Piers Morgan.

Jimmy says
NO DEAL

Round 2
3 - Nick - £15,000
Jimmy asks Suzi what she thinks, and Noel recognises she's nervous, but says she can't ruin the game as Jimmy's doing that! He considers going with Suzi but then wonders about going for Stephen, who says he's a bit colour-blind and all the boxes are blue to him.
14 - Suzi - £3,000
13 - Stephen - £250,000

Banker time
Jimmy talks about the charity he's playing for, which is Helen and Douglas House. He says it's a hospice that helps sick and dying children, and he talks about the work they do.

Banker's offer:
£1,000

Jimmy wonders if the banker wasn't listening to what Jimmy said about the children's hospice.

The banker rings back and changes the offer...

Banker's offer:
£500

Jimmy says
NO DEAL

Round 3
Mick shows off with some DoND terminology and says he's a fan of the show. Pippa next, and Noel says she used to work with him on Noel's House Party.
11 - Pippa - £250
James next, and he can barely open the box!
6 - James - 1p
Justin says even if the hospice doesn't get much money, the viewers will have enjoyed seeing the best-dressed two men on Channel 4! Justin and Jimmy then mock Noel's hair and his height.
1 - Danielle - 10p

Banker time
The banker says he knows how much Jimmy cares about the hospice.

Banker's offer:
£10,000

Jimmy says that's a good offer for the board, and Stephen says it's not as there are still many higher amounts left. The others wonder if Jimmy can ring the banker and offer money, and Jimmy says you can't dial out from the phone to stop Noel using it for sex lines!

Jimmy says
NO DEAL

Round 4
10 - Tiffany - £50,000
Ben next, and he talks about how there could be a live/dead cat in the box!
15 - Ben - £75,000

Jimmy says it's a very good offer, and Mick says the banker has to go back up if he just keeps the £35k in play. Jimmy says he's tempted to deal, and Mike says that's a good idea with Jimmy's present form! Ian tells Jimmy that he's come this far, so he may as well go on and *beep* it up totally. Jimmy asks for a sweep, and Justin says the walk of wealth looks like a massive penis! Tiffany says if Jimmy goes on, they'll raise money through their gigs. The others agree that he should play on.

Jimmy says
NO DEAL

Round 6
12 - Chris - 50p
20 - John - £100
4 - Ian - £1

Banker time with £750 and £35,000 remaining...

Jimmy says he's actually shaking, and the banker says he's shaking at the thought of giving money to charity.

Banker's offer:
£14,000

Justin says he thinks there's £35,000 in the box, and Mick asks how Jimmy would feel if he dealt and had £35,000 in the box. Jimmy wonders if the banker will up the offer, and Noel says you have to be careful when doing that, but Jimmy says the banker will save £15,000 if he deals at £20,000 and there's £35,000 in the box! The banker rings and says Jimmy doesn't have the guts to go to the end.

Jimmy says

Dan's Deal or No Deal Game Report 22/03/12

Dan has box 5 today. Daniel Adams, from York, has a ludicrously long-winded job title. He works for Leeds Council, supporting people with mental health to gain confidence through physical activity. He eats 5-6 meals per day, apparently, and spends an awful long time at the gym too. "Clearly you're fit, and I mean that in the physical exercise sense," Noel says, before flirting with Dan's significant other!

We see a photo of him shirtless with his partner on holiday, and the Banker phones up right away to jokingly say that he only bought the pic so we could all see his pecs! Also with him - a child's shoe, his first shoe apparently when he was a baby. He's been involved in two house fires, and this is one of the very few things he has left from his childhood, so that's his lucky charm for the game.

Round 1
Dan says he will keep 22 to the end as it's a significant number in his life. 18 and 12 are also to be kept late to the game.
11 - £3,000 Craig
Dan considers Eugenia with 17. He then applies Mally Logic to ask who had the £250k yesterday.
17 - 50p Eugenia
Dan jokes that Wade looks like Tom Daley on steroids! Noel wants this to be the 1p!
1 - £10,000 Wade
8 - £75,000 Bob
16 - 10p Becky

Banker time...
The Banker's first remarks: "Well, at least he kept his top on!" His partner is likened to Nicole Scherzinger, and there's an awful joke about how if she could sing sitting down she'd be Nicole Chairsinger!

More pertinently, the Banker thinks Dan is an excellent board reader, and thinks that there would be an inquiry if he had the £250k after today's introduction!!

Banker's offer:
£10,010

Dan says that a five-figure offer is always a tempter.

Dan says
NO DEAL

Round 2
4 - £750 Paula
3 - £250,000 Kev
Noel jokes at least this means the show will air tomorrow!
20 - £500 Phyl

Banker time...
Noel talks about the run of low amounts on the table. The Banker talks about how Phyl takes a newspaper into the toilet at the hotel! She can't believe anyone was watching her!!

The Banker says the £250k going makes the £75k hit in round 1 more significant.

Banker's offer:
£5,010

Tutting all round at the offer. Dan points to the mid-red block and suggests that there's "got" to be more than £5,000 at the table (9/14 chance you're wrong, Dan! )

Dan says
NO DEAL

Round 3
Dan has an odd anecdote about taking someone's teeth out accidentally with an ironing board! Dave talks up the prospect of a Power 5 on the table, and Noel compares his stance to a vulture!
13 - £15,000 Dave
6 - £20,000 Joan
12 - £5 - newbie Gemma

Banker time
Noel says that one meant a lot to Dan. The Banker thinks this might be taken...

Banker's offer:
£8,010

Dan says it's very difficult to take the first offer. He sees round 4 as pivotal. Ellie (his girlfriend) says "there's eight blues", then clarifies saying there's "eight low ones" (£1k and £5k count as disposable). Dan considers the possibilities for the next round and the edit is making look like he's given this some thought. Despite having turned down more earlier, he's calling this "the biggest gamble I've ever made".

Dan says
NO DEAL

Round 4
19 - £5,000 Niko
Dodgy camera shot meant we only saw the red at first, not the number!
2 - £100 Kelly
21 and 7 are being considered next. Noel suggests that players haven't been confident lately.
21 - £35,000 Antonia

Banker time
Noel describes the 8-box board as "frightening" given the 5-3 colour balance towards the blues. The Banker's interpretation is that Dan's ethos is "feel the fear and do it anyway".

Banker's offer:
£7,810

Noel muses over the very small drop. Dan wonders if a stick or near-stick suggests it's time to Deal. Maria makes a neutral contribution, and Gemma talks about the regret balance. Dan says he does like to gamble, though of course that's not for these stakes!

Dan says
DEAL

Round 5 (proveout)
7 - 1p Maria
Dan seems at least as annoyed that he'd have got a much better offer picking that in round 4! Dan thinks the offer might have been £13k - the Banker confirms as much.
14 - £1 Jan
9 - £10 Al

Banker time...
Noel can hardly believe that, and takes several seconds of shocked reaction before he can even approach a guilt trip...

Banker's offer would've been:
£20,010

Round 6
10 - £250 Bastian
15 - £50,000 Alan
Dan says he could deal with taking £7,810 when it could have been £20k, but not if there was a possible £40k.
18 - £100,000 Martin

Banker time with £50 and £1,000 remaining...

The Banker is now annoyed...

£210

Box 22 with Nichola has £1,000

Lucy has her husband in the audience for support and Noel asks if they can cheer him up a bit.

8 - £3,000 Martin
2 - 1p Paula
10 - 50p Craig
14 - £100 Nichola
15 - £5 Becky

Banker time
The Banker says what an opening, and couldn't believe how quickly Lucy raced to the pound table once her name appeared on the board.

Banker's offer:
£10,000

Lucy asks if she could have some water, and Noel asks her if she wants public water, or secret water, and Lucy asks for secret water. Lucy gets all mixed up and thinks she is waiting for the offer, and Noel wonders if the water is actually vodka. Round 4
12 - £250 Carlos
1 - £10 Jackie
15 - 50p Niko

Banker time
That could not have been better, and look at that 8-box says Noel. The Banker says he hasn't got the board that would allow him to buy Damien, and the only chance he stands is to come up with a figure that shocks Damien out of the chair.

Banker's offer:
£40,000

You got a jolt there says Noel, and Damien says that is ridiculous. Damien goes to Keith for some advice, and he tells him that £40,000 is real money. Kirsty says that to win the big money you have to take a chance, but you also have to know when to stop. The Banker calls and says that he knows that when Damien said he would always play on with the top 2 still there he was not playing games, but Damien has another top 2 that are more important than those figures, and those are his 2 children. Damien talks about how the show has the chance to change your life. He talks about how his life has changed so much over the past year, as his fiancee split up with him and he now lives between his work and his parents house, and doesn't see his children as much as he would like, and that offer would change things so much for him.

Damien says
NO DEAL

Noel says this is a very important moment in Damien's life now, and he has had some big changes in his life recently.

Round 5

What are the chances of that asks Damien, as he repeats £40,000 a few times. Noel says that Damien is only the 5th person to do that. The Banker says that was genuinely one of the funniest things he has seen.
