Emma's Deal or No Deal Game Report 30/11/09

Noel says this is the fear factory right now, and he says he knows someone who has lots of fears about playing the game, and that person is him!

Emma has box 20. Everyone's wearing a flower on their tops (presumably for St. Andrew's Day today!). Emma is from Chelmsford in Essex. Emma is a full-time mum but used to be an estate agent. We get to see pics of Emma's daughter and husband. Apparently she's not missing Emma at all. Emma has some wooden spoons with her which have been decorated by her daughter to make them look like their family! She says this game is a game of randomness...

Round 1
Emma does have 3 numbers she wants to keep, which are 22, 14 and 10. Her lucky number is 11.
She gets everyone pumped up before the game starts...

Banker's offer:
£23,000

Emma says that's a massive sum of money. Franny says we wouldn't like to see Emma win a blue, and Peter asks if the money would fulfil her dreams. Emma says she's thinking of the devil's advocate, and how she has two 'voices' in her head at the moment. She also says box 16 is making her nervous, and that'd be the next box she'd take out.

Ginge's Deal or No Deal Game Report 09/11/09

Noel says everyone is feeling good at the moment, and he is feeling very good about everyone at the moment. He talks about Terry's game and how he could understand people not wishing to risk things with the current climate, but Terry could see he still had a good board and was prepared to go for it.

Ginge has box 2 today. Noel attempts to pronounce Ginge's name and fails (So I won't even attempt to try!!) Ginge tells us a bit about her job, and then introduces her friends and family that she has brought along, her older sister, best friend and husband. We get to see a picture of her son, and then Noel says we are misleading everyone as she has a picture of when he was 1, and now he is 21

Ginge has a lucky rabbit that will hopefully bring her some luck today. Noel doesn't think Ginge has a system, and she doesn't, but she is a bit of a gambler...

Round 1
18 - £10,000 Ceri
17 - £50 Ronnie
7 - £100,000 Caz
1 - £3,000 Rob
14 - £1 Newbie Andrew

Banker time
That is OK and a good balance says Ginge... The Banker says he has been looking forward to this game...

Banker's offer:
£4,250

Ginge says
NO DEAL

Round 2
15 - £1,000 Emma
6 - 1p Craig
8 - £10 Michelle

Banker time
That round redressed the balance says Noel... The Banker points out that Ginge said she wants to win at least £8,500 for her sons masters degree

Banker's offer:
£8,500

Ginge says that is a very generous offer, but she needs a bit more than that. She wants to give her sister half of whatever she wins as her sister is really generous to everyone else.

Ginge says
NO DEAL

Round 3
5 - £35,000 Paul
Alex next as he thinks he has a blue
11 - 50p Alex
4 - £250,000 Bibs

Banker time
That will make him happy says Ginge...

Banker's offer:
£2,000

Ginge says
NO DEAL

Round 4
12 - £5,000 Anita
We really need 2 blues now says Noel
21 - £50,000 Mike
13 - £15,000 Dickie

Banker time
At 8-box with only 2 reds is not good says Noel, who then goes into some sort of dog impression!!! The Banker says that on this type of board he can afford to risk a low offer.

Banker's offer:
£1,000

Ginge says
NO DEAL

Round 5
10 - 10p Shaz
The perfect start says Noel.
22 - £500 Clare
3 - £20,000 Angela

Banker time
That was a cruel blow says Noel, and it is so precarious now.

Banker's offer:
£3,750

Noel says that is a very respectable sum of money, which Ginge agrees with. The Banker calls back after Ginge says that she would give that to her son, and says that if Ginge plays on and gets an all-blue round he will offer £17,000. Ginge says that is a great carrot.

Ginge says
NO DEAL

Round 6
16 - £250 Mary
20 - £5 Rio
We are nearly there says Noel... Ginge picks Carl with box 9, but Carl is really worried as he has had 3 big amounts in a row!
9 - £100 Carl

Banker time with £750 and £75,000 remaining

Banker's offer:
£17,000

Noel wonders if Ginge is going to go for it now, as this has been a big turnaround. Ginge has a think about going for it, and says that the offer woud sort her out, but she has this devil inside her that wants to go for it. Ginge calls her husband down to join her at the pound table. He tells her he will stick by her decision.

Ginge says
DEAL

The Banker calls back and says he would have offered the SWAP

Ginge says she would have SWAPPED

Noel does the hypo-SWAP and Ginge now has box 19

Noel opens box 19 and reveals £75,000

Box 2 with Ryan contains the £750
