Deal or No Deal although initially appearing very simple in format of just opening a few boxes for the chance to win some big money prizes, actually has some potentially complex decisions to be made at points throughout the show, the contestants occasionally try complex or simple gameplay in an attempt to give them an edge in beating the Banker.

Colin's Deal or No Deal Game Report

We are in a positive mood today says Noel, although a little disappointed after Juliah's game yesterday. He talks about the killer rounds we have had of late, that have destroyed games and left the contestants with very little to play for...

It’s Colin’s turn to take the walk of wealth today, and he does so with box 7. We get to see a picture of Colin's wedding, and Noel notices it has the word ‘proof’ written on it!! Noel says the banker needs to be careful, as Colin is so tight he didn't even buy his own wedding photos!!! Colin shows us a few pics of his family and tells Noel he wants to win enough to help his grandchildren through university. Colin has a list of numbers that his grandson has picked out, and box 7 is the one he wrote down for Colin!! Is this a good omen for his game?

The banker calls before Colin can pick his first box!! Something has come over the banker!! He is so confident that Colin will find the £250,000 in the first round that if he doesn't he will give each contestant £100!!!

Colin has a chat with him, and tells Noel that he said he hopes that Colin's luck changes, but not too much... The banker then calls back with an offer... He offers £2,500… Colin says NO DEAL

Colin calls his wife down for support, and she tells him she is behind any decision he makes. Colin says NO DEAL

Juliah's Deal or No Deal Game Report

Noel talks about the transformation the contestants go through from being on the wings to sitting in the crazy chair! He talks about how Lionel's brain turned to jelly and he lost the chance to win £17,500!!

It’s Juliah’s turn to take the walk of wealth today, and she does so with box 17. Noel asks about the ahhhh part of her name! It was her father who gave her the unique twist. She runs through a few of her family pics, and she has her sister in the audience for support, and Noel has a bit of banter with her. Juliah reveals that she would like to swim with dolphins, and her son would love to go into a cage and swim with sharks! Juliah works in credit control, so is used to chasing money… Juliah says she will play the game round by round.

Lionel's Deal or No Deal Game Report

Noel talks about the world of dreams that the dream factory can produce, and tells us Dave wants to be world Frisbee champion!!! Noel goes on to say the game is all about timing and finding the right time to make the right decision... Can today’s contestant do this?

It’s Lionel’s turn to take the walk of wealth today, and he does so with box 20. Lionel Watkins Drew from Banbury, he's a retired print setter, and has his wife Marion in the audience for support. He has a good luck card from his granddaughter. We learn that he has a dream of visiting west Canada. Noel asks Marion if Lionel is a gambler, and she replies that he does have a gamble...

Craig's Deal or No Deal Game Report

Noel says we are pretty up at the moment, and then runs through Sarah's game and talks about how happy she was with her game, although it was revealed that there was life-changing money in the game. He then goes on to talk about how the contestants grow while on the wings, and goes over to Rita who is now a lot taller!!! Well when she stands on her new box!!!

It’s Craig’s turn to take the walk of wealth today, and she does so with box 12. Craig is cabin crew with an airline, and Noel asks him if he has done the tea train, where they slide down the aisle on takeoff on one of the trolleys!!! We get to see some picks of Craig's dog and also of his partner who he wouldn't allow to join him for his game!! Noel does the airhostess exits routine before we start!!

Eric says he thinks that offer is a rough offer, and he should play on, a few more back up this advice. But Adam advises him to deal, as they have seen so many games crash and burn! Sarah's Deal or No Deal Game Report

Noel talks about the different phases the show goes through, and lately it has gone through a cautious phase, but Stephen turned this around on Friday when he went a little further and beat the banker.

It’s Sarah’s turn to take the walk of wealth today, and she does so with box 6. Sarah is all excited and Noel puts on a giggly voice!!! Noel likes her top and asks if she would like to swap!!! Sarah says she is a bit ditzy and talks a lot! She has half of the audience in for support today!! Her mum, dad, boyfriend, and friends are all here for support. Her mum tells Noel how she is constantly talking when at home... Sarah's mum and dad own an ice cream business, but she hasn't brought any along today for Noel, much to his disappointment! She has sent the banker a bottle of wine and a cigar though…

Noel says Sarah could go into the hall of fame here as the biggest victory for the banker if Sarah finds out she could have won £250,000! Noel tells us that Sarah told him that she has NEVER had that sort of money before, and in fact she has no money....

Stephen's Deal or No Deal Game Report

Noel runs through the week so far, and the awkward friction that there was... He then talks about Kascey's dream come true yesterday, where she won enough to have a great wedding. He talks through some of the dreams of the contestants, until he reaches Finn, who dreams of a juicy bone!!

It’s Stephen’s turn to take the walk of wealth today, and he does so with box 22. Stephen Green from Carlisle, and Noel says he has an affection for Carlisle as his mum comes from there. We get to see a few pics of his family and grandchildren. He also has a pic of when he was younger, in which he says people think he looks like Noel!

Kascey's Deal or No Deal Game Report

A howling Noel does the intro today!!!! Noel says for the first time in Deal or No Deal history we have 23 on the wings trying to win the £250,000, and he introduces the newbie Eric with his guide dog Finn.

Jeff's Deal or No Deal Game Report

Noel promotes the viewer's competition where the banker has boosted the winnings, as he is desperate to give some money away!! He then talks about Rita who can't see over her box when she opens it!!

It’s Jeff’s turn to take the walk of wealth today, and he does so with box 4. Jeff does numerous bows in front of the gameboard, which amuses Noel as it looked like he was bowing to his own name! Jeff is a retired Hotelier, and Noel calls him Basil Fawlty!! Jeff comes from a family of 10, and we get to see a picture of him when he was younger with all his brothers and sisters. Noel talks about Jeff's ability to predict boxes while he was on the wings, and he asks him if he feels anything from his box, Jeff replies that it is too close to him and it needs to be further away! So Noel goes across the studio, but all Jeff will say is that there is money in there...

Jeff says he has seen the broken hearts when things have gone wrong while on the wings, and he didn't want that to happen today. Noel tells us that very few people who have dealt at the third round with such a strong board have made the right decision.

Jo's Deal or No Deal Game Report

Noel wonders what sort of person will play the game today, he says that the east wing are particularly brave, and then manufactures some wild stories to describe their bravery!!

It’s Jo’s turn to take the walk of wealth today, and she does so with box 11. Jo is a travel agent from Barnsley. She has her husband in the audience for support today, and tells Noel her dream is to be a size 14 and is forever dieting. She has a farting bear for luck!! We get to see a pic of her dog, which is a cross between a Whippet and a Collie, so Noel asks is it called Wally?! The dog actually picked out Jo's numbers for her today...

Peter's Deal or No Deal Game Report

Noel again welcomes us to another week at the dream factory. Noel talks abut how far all the audience travel to see the show, he also then goes along the wings and lets us know where some of the contestants come from.

It’s Peter’s turn to take the walk of wealth today, and he does so with box 17. Peter runs a health and fitness centre, and he introduces us to his wife Catherine, who is in the audience to support him.

Peter has no system, although he does have his first 5 numbers picked out.

The banker calls and says if he took out £20,000 or lower, it would have been £37,160. Peter's wife joins him at the table, and they both agree that if the £75,000 goes they won't see that offer again. Peter says DEAL

Noel welcomes us to Friday in the dream factory, and talks about the cuddly game Jenine played yesterday. He then talks about the banker’s tactic of seeding the audience with his employees!!! Noel then goes on to talk about Jeff's box average of £60,000, and says we will be keeping an eye on him.

It’s Savvas’s turn to take the walk of wealth today, and he does so with box 9. He has a small soft toy collection on top of the box!! There is a monkey and a hand puppet! We then see a few pics of Savvas's family. He talks about his hat, and says he has been wearing one all the time since the 70's... All the contestants then get out hats and put them on, and even Noel joins in and is wearing a hat

Jenine's Deal or No Deal Game Report

Noel runs through Derek's game and his rather large owl, which Noel glad to see the back of!! He says they have seen lots of various lucky charms, and one day will see someone with a hat as a lucky charm, as he walks past Savvas!! Mr Blobby gets a mention as Noel says he won't be bringing one into the studio!!

It’s Jenine’s turn to take the walk of wealth today, and she does so with box 9. She says she is feeling a little nervous at the moment. Noel runs through some of Jenine's photos of her family and she has her dad in the audience for support, and she tells Noel that she has no lucky charms today, which is a disappointment for him... Jenine won't write anything in the book, as she doesn't want to give anything away to the banker. She also says she hasn't got a system, and tells Noel she first saw the Australian version of the show, which she tells Noel is a little more glamorous that our version!!! Noel puts on his lucky hat for a bit of glamour!!

Noel again welcomes everyone to the dream factory and then talks about Kirsty's game from yesterday and the unfortunate outcome. Noel then introduces the newbie Pauline, and talks of her dream to open her own shoe shop...

It’s Derek’s turn to take the walk of wealth today, and he does so with box 2. Noel has to go over and give him a hand to help carry over the enormous owl that he has perched on his box!!!! Noel welcomes Derek to his carboot sale!! Derek tells Noel how the owl sits in the window at home and they dress him up in various outfits throughout the year to support various sporting events! Although he hasn't brought much luck in supporting those events!! Noel puts the owl in front of the gameboard to keep an eye on things. Noel then runs through the numerous jobs that Derek has had throughout his life... Derek says he has trouble remembering things, so has written a lot of his numbers down, he then asks all the audience to call out "Oh dear me" every time a big red is revealed...

It’s Kirsty’s or Dolly Doughnut as is shown on the gameboard today. Kirsty has box 16 today, and gets her Dolly Doughnut nickname because she works in the office for a doughnut company. Noel says Kirsty is single and desperate!!! She tells Noel she is single, but not desperate! Kirsty wants to win enough to visit Australia and follow the sun... Mum and dad are in the audience for support today, and Kirsty says she will ask their advice and then ignore them!!

Noel welcomes us again to the dream factory, and says we are all recovering from PJ's game and his entrance to the 1p club. He talks about the unique ending where the banker made a bonus offer, of matching the viewer's box for PJ and him ending up with an additional £15,000.

Belinda has box 17 today, with a giraffe sitting on top with a small red box with 15 on it!! Belinda is a little shocked at being chosen so soon, she tells us the giraffe is called Noel and her lucky number is 15 (another swap on the cards??) Belinda is the current mummy of the group and Noel is worried about the curse of the mummy!! We learn she is a mobile hairdresser, and she also has her daughter Melissa in the audience for support today.

PJ's Deal or No Deal Game Report

Noel again welcomes us all to the dream factory, and hopes we can all celebrate a great victory today. He then says they have decided to change the selection process for choosing new contestants for the show in an effort to get a style of player who can continually beat the banker!! He then introduces the newbie Joe who is a former bodyguard and is now training to be a fitness instructor, he hopes Joe will be the sort of player to spank the banker!

It's PJ's turn to take the walk of wealth today and he does so with box 19. Noel introduces PJ, who we find out is called Paul Johnson. We get to see a pic of his 3 children, and learn that his wife is unable to be with him today and she is home looking after the children. PJ has a crystal with him, and we he tells us how he thinks there is something spiritual in the game as psychic Sarah demonstrated in helping Laura win her £250,000. He tells Noel that Lynn has his lucky number 4 today, and box 19 means nothing to him. Derek is not on the wings today as he is ill...

PJ reveals that he was one of the contestants to send the banker a present, although he didn't know he was playing today, and Noel calls him a creep!! PJ tells Noel that he gave him 2 albums and they were Noel's funny phone calls Vol 1 & 2! Noel says they weren't top 10 material!! The banker says that phones have dominated Noel's career, and he agrees and then rolls off the Swap Shop phone number 01 811 8055!! Noel apologises as the banker then offers a swap of his own, and doesn't offer PJ any money, instead he can SWAP his box. PJ accepts the SWAP and chooses his favourite number 4, so Noel does the box swap and PJ will now be playing with box 4...

The banker says he knew that PJ would take the swap, and how that swap can dramatically change the course and feeling of the game, as if a low number is revealed in box 19 it swings to PJ, but if a high number is revealed it swings to the banker! The banker offers £15,000. PJ says if he walked out with £15,000 he would feel very happy, but looking at the strong board he will play on. PJ says NO DEAL

PJ asks if he is that predictable, and gets the audience to stand up if they know what he is going to do, they nearly all stand, and PJ can't believe he is that predictable!! PJ says NO DEAL

He then asks why the number 4 means so much to PJ, who replies that he was born on the 24th March 1964, and his daughter is 4, and Noel asks if he plays golf!! Banker offers £12,444... This is tricky now says PJ, and Colin says he is worried as the 1p is still there... PJ says NO DEAL

PJ says he has got to leave box 19 until the end, and he says he is scared of using it now even though he swapped it earlier

Banker time with 1p and £75,000... The banker says he is gripped by this game now, and Noel replies we are all gripped. The banker says he is tempted to offer something, and Noel tells him he can't! PJ says he could do it couldn't he! The banker offers the SWAP, and the chance to swap back to PJ's original box 19! There is NO money offer!! That offer stuns the whole studio!! The banker then phones back and wishes PJ the best of luck!! There are gasps of shock all over the studio as they expected a money offer there!! PJ starts to struggle with this decision, and Savvas tells him he reckons there will be another phone call just as Noel asks the question! Noel tells him NO that's it, that's the final offer. PJ says NO SWAP

Noel tells PJ that the banker has played one of the most ghastly games ever today!

Noel opens box 4 and reveals 1p - The audience is in total shock and the contestants break down in tears, Noel says he is so sorry for that result.

Box 19 contains the £75,000

Noel says that PJ is now the 10th member of the 1p club. The banker then phones back and says he is so grateful for the birthday gift that PJ gave him, that PJ will go away with 1p, BUT also with whatever is revealed in the viewer's competition box!! That is a potential £15,000 extra.

Noel asks the audience who would like to pick the box number, no one stands at first, as they don't want to be responsible for the outcome!! Eventually one person stands and chooses box 3. It is opened and reveals £15,000!! The whole studio goes wild!!!

Den's Deal or No Deal Game Report

Noel again welcomes us to the dream factory and talks about the sense of anticipation in the studio of a possible big win.

It’s Den’s turn to take the walk of wealth today, and she does so with box 5. She gets off to a bad start as she places the box on the table the wrong way around!! She is also worried that she won't be able to climb onto the chair!! Noel talks about her job as a bra fitter, and she says that really her ideal job is to be a men’s underwear fitter!! Den has a little red box with a lucky feather in, although she got the feather from a bird that her cat killed!!! Den then has a pop at Noel's feet and his shoes! She says he has long toes and it sometimes makes the end of his shoes turn up!!

Round 1
Den has a list of numbers she has picked out, but has looked at them again and thinks she will keep some until the end... Noel wonders off and puts on some ear defenders and reads a paper while she waffles on!!

He then says with a quick whip around, the offer could be topped up and a deal made at the first offer!!! Den says NO DEAL

Paul's Deal or No Deal Game Report

Noel talks about Shahid's game yesterday, and how he remained composed throughout, even though the banker tried a few games on him. Jeff gets a mention for his mystic abilities in Shahid's game where he correctly predicted where the £250,000 would be, and wonders if he can keep up his recent run of correct predictions.

It’s Paul’s turn to take the walk of wealth today, and he has box 16. He says it's a bit of a shock, and Noel says I can see that by the way you are dressed!!! Paul is a taxi driver, and has his wife Kerry in the audience for support today. We learn that they met while at work, and Noel notices that Kerry is wearing lots of bangles and gets her to jangle them for him!! We also get to see a pic of Paul's children.

Paul's wife tells him to ask people for their opinion, but to check with her afterwards before deciding anything!! Noel tells her to come down and ask them herself!!! She does and goes over for a chat with Den. Noel weighs up the pros and cons of walking away now, or playing on... Paul says NO DEAL

Shahid's Deal or No Deal Game Report

Noel says the audience are really pumped up today, and he thinks they had better stop feeding them raw meat!! He plugs the viewer’s competition for today which has a top prize of £50,000. He then runs through the wings again and gives us some of their dreams, and also introduces the newbie Rita.

It’s Shahid’s turn to take the walk of wealth today, and he does so with box 5. Shahid is a self-employed music producer, and he tells Noel a little about this. He then shows Noel a picture of him a few years ago when he weighed 18 stone, and how he knows a few people won't recognise him from then. Noel asks if he can give the banker a few tips for weight loss!! Shahid has a flannel from the hotel, and tells Noel a story of how 2 birds flew into his room and built a nest, he believes this could bring him some luck in some way... Noel tells Shah to win a shed load of money...

Alison's Deal or No Deal Game Report

Noel welcomes us again to the dream factory, and tells us he can make our dreams come true with the viewer's competition. He plugs a special competition tomorrow where the top prize is £50,000 to mark the Banker's birthday on Saturday. Noel runs through the wings and tells us some of the contestant's dreams.

It’s Alison’s turn to take the walk of wealth today, and she does so with box 10. She is a mobile hairdresser and has a dream to get married to her partner. We get to see a few piccies of her son and her partner. Noel asks her what her attitude to risk is, and she replies she will be going for it today. She has a few lucky numbers that she will be saving until the end.
