Zowie's Deal or No Deal Game Report 25/01/11

Noel says Claire suffered a double whammy yesterday, as the 1p remained to the end and she also told the banker what her target was.

Zowie has box 9. Noel talks to Zowie about her baby which is due soon, and she says it's a boy. She is a special needs escort and explains that she works with her mother-in-law and she loves the job as she loves children. She has her boyfriend in the audience. We get to see some pics of her family, and she points out who's who on the photos.

Noel asks Zowie what 1521 and 33 mean to her. He says Zowie is player # 1,521 and there are 33 members in the 1p club but she's got rid of the 1p.

The banker says he's contemplating offering Zowie £35,000 with the proviso that he gets to legally name the baby! He makes a suggestion of "Baron Von Stupid Baby".

The banker says even he can recognise that the last round wasn't great, and it's now all or nothing, with a 50:50 chance of losing the £250k in the next round.

Noel says he's surprised that the offer's that high after stripping out so many reds. The others offer some advice, and Andy says that even if she went home with £5, she'd quickly get over it! The banker rings back and asks if Andy remembers games where the banker decreases the offer due to a comment.

Noel says his dodgy memory tells him that the banker's gone lower than this on boards like this before. Zowie's boyfriend says he knows what her answer will be and doesn't want to sway her either way, but it's a huge sum of money to gamble. Zowie wonders whether her nerves can take it and Noel wonders whether his can!

The banker rings back and says he needs to work with Zowie's boyfriend on her! He speaks to the banker and says he has a lot in common with him. Noel says it's a first for friends and family to side with the banker!

The banker rings back again and speaks to Zowie's boyfriend. He tells the banker he's petrified she'll go for it, so there's another new offer.

Adam tells Zowie that he doesn't want to see her in tears. Andy says Zowie could spank the banker now if she deals. Noel gets the values removed from the board so Zowie can't see them while she's deciding.

The banker rings back and asks Zowie's boyfriend if she's going for it, and he says she doesn't know.

So there's another new offer.
