Dale's Deal or No Deal Game Report 26/01/11

Noel talks about the game yesterday and how Zowie's boyfriend ended up raising the offer by £6,000.

Dale has box 11. Dale is from Lancashire and is a business and IT student. Noel says he was diagnosed with cerebral palsy and Dale talks about how he grew up with it and the problems he faced, and when he became a teenager he got more confidence and hasn't looked back since. We get to see a photo of Dale on an expedition and he says he nearly broke his neck when he fell out of his chair. Noel says we'll hear about some of Dale's ambitions later. The banker says if the next box is blue, there'll be an offer immediately, but if it's a red, Dale will have to go to 2-box. Noel asks Andy and he says he doesn't think the next offer would be much more even if he found a blue. The banker rings back and says if Dale finds a blue, the offer after the next box will be £19,000.

NO DEAL

Dale says £26,000 would get him to the Andes, and Noel says if he no deals and it goes wrong, he won't have a chance to come back here as he's only here once. His dad says it's too much of a gamble.

Dale says
NO DEAL

The banker rings and says whatever happens, he acknowledges with respect that Dale did not finish one step short and he saw it to the end.

Banker's offer:
SWAP

Dale says
NO SWAP

Noel says he hates being in this position and wishes Dale had taken £26,000! He says this game doesn't respect individuals.

Dale wins £100,000 from his box 11

The other contestants rush over to congratulate Dale, and the audience give him a standing ovation.

Box 15 with Adam contains the £250

Noel says Dale is an extraordinary young man, and Dale says he thinks he can climb Everest with the money, which should be an easy mountain after climbing this one!
