Deal or No Deal is enjoyed my millions of viewers daily, where the contestants battle with The Banker to try and win a jackpot of £250,000. Here at donduk you will find full daily reports of each show, as well Deal or No Deal news and specials. Deal or No Deal although initially appearing very simple in format of just opening a few boxes for the chance to win some big money prizes, actually has some potentially complex decisions to be made at points throughout the show, the contestants occasionally try complex or simple gameplay in an attempt to give them an edge in beating the Banker.

Roy's Deal or No Deal Game Report 02/05/11

Roy has box 8. Roy is a retired taxi driver from Braintree, Essex, and has also worked as a high court bailiff. He shows a pic of his son who now lives in Barcelona, and another pic of Roy with all of his family. He also has a horseshoe with him which he got out of a Christmas cracker! He reckons it helped him to win £125 on the horses once. He believes number 8 is lucky and he has box 8.

Round 1
Roy has no system, but he says whatever value colour the first box is will be the colour he has in his box.

Banker time
The banker says he's going to send Gillian a postcard from Disneyland!

Banker's offer:

Noel says Roy wants a camera with his winnings, and Roy says that's true, and he also wants to get things for other people. Roy reveals the camera costs £5,000 in total.

Kerry-Anne reveals she was told to watch out for Roy when she arrived!

Banker time
The banker says he's impressed with the prediction Roy made at the start of the game.

Banker's offer:
£11,000

Noel asks Roy what he does with the photos he takes, and he says he frames them and puts them in albums. He'd like a better camera so he can go on a course and develop his skills. He says he'd like to buy his children some new vehicles, and Noel tells Roy to do something for himself! Roy says his wife still works as a ballet teacher, so she can support Roy's golfing. Roy says he may go all the way in the game, regardless of what happens.

Roy says he was in the changing room the other day, and Harry overheard him saying that his nose might come off with his glasses, as the make-up team had really done up his nose!

The banker apologises to Harry on behalf of Ron.

Roy says he made the prediction at the start, as he was hopeful of getting the swap if he thought there was a blue in his box. Roy says he knows what his wife would say if she were there at the moment, and he says it's fortunate that she's not there!

Banker time
The banker says this is risky, as Roy still has 3 of the Power 5 left, including the £250,000. However he says the ladder on the reds makes the board look stronger than it is.

Banker's offer:
£22,000

Roy asks Iain what he thinks he should do, and Iain says the £22,000 would cover a lot of Roy's ambitions, and he needs to keep at least 2 of the big ones if he goes on. Toby says the banker really respects Roy, and Roy says he'd be really pleased if he came out of the betting shop with £22,000! The banker calls and says he does respect Roy, and he chose £22,000 as he thinks it'd be enough to cover Roy's ambitions. He says if he goes on, he'll be gambling his ambitions. Roy talks about lucky 8 and the horseshoe.

Noel says this has been amazing, and Roy says £22,000 is an awful lot of money, and he gets a little bit emotional!
