Steve's Deal or No Deal Game Report 23/05/10

Warm and hot greetings given out by Noel (how ironic ) - we've had two games of massive contrast with Michael (who won £8,000 thanks to his partner) and Juliana (who won £3,000 from her box)...some gamblers go all the way, yet some know when to stop...Paul and David are apparently gamblers...Paul likes chihuahuas and David wants a pot-bellied pig!

Steve brings box 19 to the table... He's from Wisbech, into painting yet is colour blind! Lisa-Marie and Jean (wife and mother) are in the audience, neither from Wisbech (one from Tottenham, the other from Northampton)... Noel moves to the pics; kids Leo and Rosie are seen with Steve and Lisa-Marie... Steve says he's going to play the game as it comes...and he does something nobody's done for a while...writes a financial target in the book!!!

Round 1
Steve says Sonia is staying to the end with box 2, the other number being saved was, ironically...19!
Box 17 - Debs - £5,000
Box 4 - Rosie - £50,000
Box 18 - Autumn - £20,000
Noel reckons Steve really is colour blind!
Mikey next, who is asked to yell out "FREEDOM" because of his accent!
Box 14 - Mikey - £500
Box 16 - Gem - 50p

Banker time
The Banker says he's been watching Steve...he thinks they are polar opposites...

Banker's offer:
£7,500

Steve says
NO DEAL

Round 2
Neil wants a kiss...
Box 9 - Neil - 1p
Box 8 - Harry - £100
Noel thinks Steve's got the hang of this now!
Box 6 - Paul - £1,000

Banker time
Noel thinks Paul looks like Oddjob out of the James Bond Movies!

Banker's offer:
£12,000

Noel reveals Steve has a dream involving living in the countryside, Steve reveals what's happening so far, but cue Lisa-Marie giving her ladies touch involving a kitchen floor and a bathroom ceiling (the bathroom is above the kitchen!!!) - Steve jokes saying that's why they don't cook sausages in their house!

Steve says
NO DEAL

Round 3
Box 11 - David - £75,000
Steve says there's no worries...
Box 10 - Chloe - 10p
Noel says that balances the £75,000!
Box 15 - Liam - £15,000

Banker time
Noel thinks it's a game of balance, but the Banker can see fear in Steve's wife's eyes so it's indeed balanced...as long as the two big ones remain

Banker's offer:
£9,000

Steve's wife thinks he's the first male jackpot winner!

Steve says
NO DEAL

Round 4
Noel wonders if Steve really is going to win £250,000...
Box 3 - Lee - £35,000
Box 7 - Jodie - £750
Last one before 8-box...and Noel reminds us there's big belief he's going to win £250,000...
Box 13 - Jo - £250,000

Banker time
The Banker was going to offer £5,750 but because of the belief, it's now...

Banker's offer:
£7,500

Steve's F&F still think he's going to win big, but he looks unsure...even Noel admits it's a big gamble because of the big gap between the £100,000 and £10,000...he's also reminded by David that it's a one-box game in terms of getting a better offer. Lee reckons he should listen to Lisa-Marie...cue her to be asked down to the Pound Table for a hug (even though Noel snatches one off her ) Steve really does seem lost now the £250,000 has gone so Lisa-Marie really needs to help here...but the Banker calls... The dilemma has given him an idea, to do something unusual...if he declines £7,500, and at 5-box if the £100,000 is still in play, Steve will be allowed to proceed one box at a time!

Steve says
DEAL

Round 5 - (proveout)
Box 21 - newbie Wendy - £5
Box 22 - Alan - £1
The two smallest gone!
Box 20 - Jean - £50

Banker time

Banker's offer would've been:
£20,000

Steve would have now played on 1 box at a time as the £100,000 is still in play.

Round 6 - (proveout)

Box 5 - Clive - £100,000

What a relief, says Noel!

Banker's offer would've been:
£2,000

Box 1 - Adam - £3,000

Banker's offer would've been:
£1,500

Box 12 - Ahmed - £10

Banker time with £250 and £10,000 remaining

Banker's offer would've been:
£4,000

Steve's box 19 contains £10,000

Sonia opens box 2 which has £250

Steve's target was £20,000 - was the Banker psychic?!?! Steve says the reality check of the game collapsing made him deal, yet Lisa-Marie admits it takes a long time to save up such a sizeable size of money!
