Jim's Deal or No Deal Game Report 17/02/12 - Love Week Specials

Jim's game today. Noel says if 3 out of the 4 players so far this week had gone all the way, they'd have gone away very wealthy.

80s Love Mix twist:
The player gives the love necklace to someone on the wings. When that person's box is chosen in live play, they guess the contents of their box, and if they're right, they win a holiday. The player also gets an immediate offer from the banker.

Jim has box 8. Jim lives in Bournemouth but originally came from Fife. He says he was originally a picture-framer, and then followed his father's footsteps by getting a job involved with the sea. Jim has his girlfriend in the audience today, and they explain that they met in a pub.

Round 1
Jim chooses to give the love necklace to Gabbie.

Noel says Imani is still ill today.

Banker time
The banker says he's full of love for the players this week, as they haven't robbed him like they could've done.

Jim says he has dreams to buy a convertible car and a house, and go on holiday.

Banker time
The banker makes an 80s joke and he says he expects everyone to laugh, whether they get it or not! He says it's still a game of two halves and relates the offer to football again.

Noel says Mathew has a good love story, as he met his lady by hooting at her while driving along! Jim says he thinks the make-up lady fancies him, and Noel says the make-up lady is his wife!

Banker time

Banker's offer:

David tells Jim not to focus on the 1p, and Mathew reminds Jim that he still has the love necklace to use. The banker rings and tells Jim to remember Stephen's game, where the 3rd offer was the highest in the game.

Jim considers using the love necklace now, but decides to leave it.

Banker time

Banker's offer:

Jim says that's a clever offer. Noel asks what the others think, and they all say they'd go on. He then asks who would play the love necklace when, and most say the 2nd box of the next round.

6 - Zoe - £10,000

Banker time
The banker says that was cruel luck and it was hilarious.

Banker's offer:

David says Jim is normally very positive, and tells him to be positive now.

Jim says

Jim decides to use the love necklace with Gabbie and box 7 now. Gabbie guesses she has £250 in her box.
7 - Gabbie - £15,000
Gabbie doesn't win the holiday. Jim gets an offer now.

Banker time

Banker's offer:

Jim says he'd be annoyed if he dealt and found £20k in his box. Jim asks for a sweep, and none of them think he should deal now.

Jim says

Round 6 - continued - proveout
Jim says leaving with £1,000 is far preferable to leaving with 1p.

20 - Mathew - £1,000

Banker time with 1p and £250 remaining...

Noel says Jim did the right thing at the right time.

Banker's offer would've been:

Noel opens Jim's box 8 and reveals £250

Box 15 with Lynn contains the 1p

Jim says he doesn't have any regrets.
