Deal or No Deal although initially appearing very simple in format of just opening a few boxes for the chance to win some big money prizes, actually has some potentially complex decisions to be made at points throughout the show, the contestants occasionally try complex or simple gameplay in an attempt to give them an edge in beating the Banker.

Belinda's Deal or No Deal Game Report 17/01/12

Belinda has box 16. Noel says Belinda is a professional drifter, and she talks about how drifting is different from standard motor-racing, because you deliberately put the car out of control. Belinda has a red box with her that her daughters made, and it has the number 3 on it, which means a lot to them all. Belinda has her sister in the audience today.

The banker says he thinks the ending of Paul's game was a sweet victory for him, and that Paul was just another quitter! He says he has his eye on Belinda, and he'll let her rev his engine!

Noel says Belinda would like to visit Japan as it's the home of drifting, and put some money aside for her 40th birthday party.

Noel says the banker is taking Belinda very seriously, and her sister says that's one of the highest 3rd offers of late. The others offer advice and say there's more in the game. The banker rings and says the wings would talk up the board whatever the case, but it's Belinda's money. Belinda says the gap in the reds is worrying her, and she's frightened of taking out the top 3 in the next round. Rich says she's more likely to hit blues in the next round.

Belinda's sister comes down to the pound table, and talks about how the offer would pay for her £56 train fare to get there! The banker rings and tells Belinda's sister to get her to deal now. Giuliana asks Belinda if she'd be happy to go away with a lot less if things went wrong, and Snowy says she's a risk-taker and she still has the top 3.

Noel says this is the 2nd extraordinary game in 2 days. Belinda wants to take 3 boxes in a row on the east wing, and Noel says he's nervous now.

Noel says this is the 2nd day in a row where we're faced with an astonishing decision. Belinda says you stare at the £250,000 while it's still there, but she can only see the £1 at the moment. Belinda's sister offers her some cautious advice, and Belinda says she's a risk-taker. Bekki reminds Belinda that she could end up being left with £1 and £20,000.

Noel says the climax to this game is almost mirroring Paul's. Noel talks about how Paul ended up crying by the end of his game.
