Huddy's Deal or No Deal Game Report 12/03/10

It's exactly one year since Alice won £250,000 via the banker's gamble... will Noel or the banker pick up on that?

Noel says he's excited as he's made a prediction that the £250k will come to the table. Noel talks about the OHO club (only here once) and how Jessica missed out on that club. Huddy has box 1. Huddy's real name is Ian and he's a fire-fighter from Yorkshire. He talks about how he once had to deal with some escaped cows in the dark, and his colleague accidentally directed some of the cows in his direction and he thought he was going to be crushed. We get to see some pics of his children, wife, and mum; and another pic of him and his friends on a charity run. Huddy says all he wants is one big gamble and he wants this to be entertaining!

Round 1
Noel says Huddy's into the maths but doesn't place significance on the box numbers.
4 - Sonia - £100,000
5 - Kath - £250
8 - Stacie - 10p
6 - Andrew - £35,000
Noel says Huddy may not rush to save Andrew from a fire now.
15 - Chris - £250,000

Banker time
The banker says he's been waiting for Huddy's game as firefighters and bald men often win big.

Banker's offer:
£5,306

Noel tries to work out what the number is, and Huddy says it's half the average.

Huddy says
NO DEAL

Round 2
17 - Chloe - £10,000
Didn't want that, says Huddy.
10 - Roopa - £50,000
Noel gasps loudly and Huddy asks what's happening!
3 - Monique - £15,000

Banker time
The banker says the game's not giving Huddy anywhere to go. Huddy says half the average is about £3,200.

Banker's offer:
£3,765

Noel says he's sticking to his guns by offering half the average.

Huddy says
NO DEAL

Round 3
Huddy says again that he wants a big gamble and an exciting game. He now has a quick round.
13 - Barbara - £1,000
9 - Dan - £10
18 - Andy - 50p

Banker time
The banker says he wasn't entertained by that round. He says half the average won't be good enough to get Huddy out the chair.

Banker's offer:
£6,500

Noel says that offer is a compliment. Huddy says the banker knows him too well. Noel's about to ask the question when the banker phones back. The banker says he'd consider buying Huddy for less than £10k to be a bargain.

NEW OFFER

Banker's offer:
£9,500

Noel says that offer is MORE than the average, and that's VERY unusual for the banker. The banker says people who deal at the 3rd offer don't provide entertaining games though! Huddy asks Brad for some advice, and he says this is a big gamble. Shahid says he's given above the average to try and get him out the chair, and Andy talks about how good the sum is. Huddy says if he was still on the wings, he'd advise a DEAL at this point. Dan says it'd be entertaining if Huddy said DEAL and knocked out the big values. Huddy asks to speak to the banker, so the banker phones. He says he'll talk to Huddy if he says NO DEAL, as he doesn't speak to people who don't make entertaining television!

Huddy says
DEAL

Huddy says this game is NOT over by a long shot, and he talks about how he could get a banker's gamble! The banker phones and says there will be NO banker's gamble under ANY circumstances. However he's prepared to make Huddy offers on the average! Noel says this has never happened before. The banker thinks Huddy made the decision based on getting the banker's gamble. BUT he is going to allow Noel to ask the question again. Noel calls a break - will Huddy change his mind after the break?

Huddy dealt for £9,500, but the banker is allowing Noel to ask Huddy the question again, before any further boxes are opened. Huddy will not get a banker's gamble at any point if he still says DEAL.

The offer remains at £9,500. Noel asks the question and Huddy says he wants the audience to decide! Noel says that's not allowed but Huddy says he wants to know what the audience want so he can provide an entertaining game. The banker phones back and says he's prepared to let the audience decide whether this is a DEAL or NO DEAL but it has to be binding!!! So whatever the audience decides is what happens!!

Huddy confirms what his next boxes will be so people know he's playing on with honesty. Noel asks THE AUDIENCE the question!!!! The majority of them want a NO DEAL, So we play on... But the banker phones back and says that wasn't binding!!!!

Noel asks Huddy the question... Huddy confirms it's STILL a DEAL
