Santa vs Scrooge 2009 Gameplay:
If a player gets to 5-box, they can open a mince pie, a carrot or a bottle of sherry. There's 1 Scrooge and 2 Santas. If they reveal SANTA, they get an offer after every box and win a holiday for 2. If they find SCROOGE, then the banker looks in their box, their is no offer after every box but a SWAP at 2-box is guaranteed.
Hollie has box 11 today. Hollie is from Birmingham and takes 999 calls, and Noel says that she has helped to talk through 15 babies being delivered while taking calls We get to see a few pictures of Hollie's children. She also has some gifts, there are some money cufflinks for the Banker, and some DoND box cufflinks for Noel Hollie says that her husband who is in the audience actually made the cufflinks, and Noel thanks him for the very special gift. Noel talks about the lucky envelope that contains a special gift for one of the contestants if Hollie can find one of the Banker's power5 in the first round
Round 1
Hollie is keeping box 22 and 2 until the end - These were the numbers that are on Noel's cufflinks, and Hollie tells us the story behind the 2 numbers. The Banker calls and wishes everyone happy Christmas, and says that Hollie's story touched his heart. The Banker says that today's special prize in the opening round is the best one yet.

Hollie now gets to choose who she will give the golden envelope to as she found one of the Banker's power5 in the opening round. The Banker has said this is the best gift ever, and Hollie decides to give it to Pommy. Pommy opens the envelope and she has won a day as penguin keeper at Great Yarmouth sealife center
The Banker thinks that Hollie could be trouble today.

The Banker is devastated to hear that Haz didn't have any presents today, and he sends out a gift for him, Haz unwraps the box and it is the cufflinks that Hollie gave to the Banker! The Banker tells Haz to enjoy those as he has no place for sentimental tat!!!

Hollie says that will take a bit of explaining to her son who told her not to choose that box. The Banker calls and says that Hollie is going to win the 1p!

Hollie picks a lucky box from the sleigh, but Noel says that the Banker has told him that the box cannot be opened until the end of Hollie's game! The pilgrims boo at that decision.

Oh my word and what on earth is happening here says Noel... Hollie says she is convinced she has the 1p in her box, and her son was right about box 2 having a red in it. The Banker says he is about to do something very special on this Christmas day! Noel says this has only ever happened once before in the show...

What a decision says Noel, and asks how much faith Hollie has in her son's prediction that box 2 would have big money in.

Noel opens Hollie's new box 2 and reveals 1p.

Noel opens Hollie's holiday box and reveals she has won an all inclusive week for 2 in Cuba
Hollie is now the 28th member of the 1p club.
The Banker calls and says he is not happy about Hollie having the holiday and is taking it away!!! He is now turning it into 2 weeks.
