Bev's Deal or No Deal Game Report 14/12/09

We have Christmas decorations up in the dream factory. Noel says we're in the Christmas mood and he says he's run out of ways to describe the show, and he runs through Neil's game again!

Bev has box 17. Bev is a pathology co-ordinator from Stoke-on-Trent. She talks a bit about her job, and she explains she collects samples from people. She tells a story about a man who brought in a sample in a jacket potato to keep it warm as he misunderstood what they'd told him! We get to see a pic of her and her twin sister, who's in the audience today. We also get to see some pics of her mum and dad... Bev says she's here to raise money to buy her husband a pigeon! She says some of his pigeons are ill and have picked up chlamydia

Noel says "Oh dearum dearum". Noel builds up the fact that Bev wants a pigeon with the money! Sanjay next, and he gives her a kiss before he opens the box!

Banker time
The banker thinks Bev is lovely and down to earth, and is here for a decent sum of money. Her sister says she shouldn't tell him what sum she wants!

Bev's sister says there's probably one more round in it, and she also says that that amount is the sum Bev wanted to go away with! Noel wonders if this is some sort of gameplay as it was so stupid! The banker phones and asks who's stuffed now. He's considering dropping the offer to £8,000. Instead he raises the offer...

Bev's friend(?) says she thinks Bev should deal now. The banker phones back and refers to what Bev's sister said earlier about doubling the £10,000. He says the next offer will be £26,026 if she keeps the top 3 in play. Freddie offers some positivity and Pommy tells her it's real money and Lyn says she should take the money if it means a lot to her.
