Deal or No Deal although initially appearing very simple in format of just opening a few boxes for the chance to win some big money prizes, actually has some potentially complex decisions to be made at points throughout the show, the contestants occasionally try complex or simple gameplay in an attempt to give them an edge in beating the Banker.

Jez's Deal or No Deal Game Report 11/07/10

Noel says he apologises for the appalling way in which the west wing introduced the show yesterday! So he lets the east wing do it today and they do it perfectly.

Jez has box 15. Jez is a landscape gardener, and he tells a story of how he hit a bus while he was on his motorbike, and woke up in hospital with various injuries. He says he ended up with an air bubble on his brain, and they had to cut away part of his skill and use some muscle from his leg to help rebuild his skull! Jez shows a pic of his wife and daughter and gets a bit emotional as he misses them so much. Jez has a good-luck note with him that his daughter wrote for him, and she drew box 5 on it.

Jez gets everyone to move about while he chooses his first box!

Jez then asks each box opener what their favourite vegetables/fruit are!

Dai now, and Noel talks about box 5 and Jez's daughter's note.

Banker time
Noel says Jez's energy is fantastic! The banker says he's nervous of Jez, as he's from the east wing which is the superior wing.

Banker's offer:

Jez says that's a good offer.

Jez says

Round 2
Jez says he was a bit shaken by the £250,000 going. Dennis now, and Noel has some banter about how he wants the 1p kiss from him.

Noel says everyone was acting like they were at a memorial service until Jez whipped them up! Imani now, and she talks about mangos and Noel talks about eating them in the bath!

Banker time
Noel says that Jez would like to treat his fiancee to a dream wedding in Sherwood Forest, with appropriate dress code! The banker says he thinks Jez is sending a message to his fiancee saying that he's an idiot.

Banker's offer:

Jez says that's a nice offer.

Banker time
The banker talks about Paul looking like Roy Walker, and says it was a good guess but it wasn't right.

Jez says he'd like enough money to take his daughter to Disneyland.

Banker time
The banker points out how Jez got emotional earlier when talking about his fiancee and daughter. He says this is a dealable offer.

Banker's offer:

Noel and Jez agree with the banker, and Caroline says Jez should hit one or two blues in the next round and then the board would look different. Jez says £5,000 wouldn't get him the dream wedding.

The banker says Jez defied the odds and has turned the game around.

Banker's offer:

The banker tells Jez not to push his luck and Jez says that's a great offer. The others talk about what Jez could do with the money, and Jayne says she feels Jez has £50,000 in his box. Harry tells Jez to take a few seconds to think about it carefully.
