Banker's offer:

The Banker says that £12,500 would be the highest offer Vel could have if he takes out the £250,000 in the following rounds. Vel talks about the turbulent times he has recently and he has been made redundant a couple of times recently and is now working on his own project of an arts and culture website. Vel says he is drawn to the £250,000, but he had it in his box yesterday and the 1p is still lurking. Noel says this isn't easy. Chris tells Vel to ask the Banker what the offer would be if he has an all-blue round in the next round. The Banker calls back and says he would be reaching for £21,000 again.
Vel says
NO DEAL
