Deal or No Deal although initially appearing very simple in format of just opening a few boxes for the chance to win some big money prizes, actually has some potentially complex decisions to be made at points throughout the show, the contestants occasionally try complex or simple gameplay in an attempt to give them an edge in beating the Banker.

Jefferson's Deal or No Deal Game Report 29/03/11

Noel wonders why people change so much when they take the walk of wealth, and he says the best way to play the game is to ignore the outside world, which can be difficult.

Jefferson has box 8. Jefferson does an elaborate walk down the walk of wealth. Jefferson is a waiter from London but is originally from Brazil, and moved to England in 2003. He says he works in an English restaurant and loves his job. Jefferson introduces us to his partner who's in the audience today, and he explains they have a civil partnership together. He also shows us a necklace and a cock feather he has with him!

Jefferson shows a photo of him wearing a carnival outfit, and explains he takes part in two carnivals a year! He also shows a pic of him with his brothers. He says he has no system but is using his lovely instinct.

Round 1
Jefferson talks about a dream he had last night, where he had an all-blue opening round.

Jefferson has something special for Noel to wear later on! The banker rings and says he's waited 5 years for this.

Banker time
The banker says he's been looking forward to Jefferson's game, but that opening round has dampened things!

Noel tells Jefferson to take it, so he doesn't have to wear any costumes.

Round 2
Jefferson welcomes us back, and introduces us to Noel, who's wearing a massive carnival headset and wings. He does a little dancing in it, before claiming it doesn't fit him.

Jefferson ponders over 18 and then decides against it for now.

Banker time
The banker laughs at Noel and says he likes his plumage.

Jefferson says that's a great offer, and he says he'd fix the bedroom with the money! Noel tells Jefferson not to go into too much detail, and they end up talking about water beds!

Banker's offer:

Jefferson asks around for some advice, and talks about how he could get an emperor-sized bed with that money! Hilde talks about how great Jefferson is, and he says she used to be a dancer. The banker rings back and Noel tries to get Hilde to say "my husband and I" but she says she's not got a husband!

Banker time
Noel wonders whether to take the wings off, but Aisha says not to as they're bringing Jefferson good luck!

Jefferson now is the time to think about it. Paul says the worst case is that he'll be left with £35,000 as the top prize. Jefferson talks about how much his sister has helped him, and he'd like to gather enough money to get her over to England. The banker phones back and says he's likely to get out 2 reds and 1 blue in the next round.

Noel says the next word is "Bennett".

Banker's offer:

Noel says that's quite a result, given the last round. His partner says it's a lot of money, but Jefferson wonders if the £250,000 is reserved for him! Jack talks about box 9 on the wings and how he reckons there's a blue in it, and how it's an important number for Jefferson. Paul talks about what's likely to happen in the next round.

Jefferson talks about the things he'll do with the money.
