The banker says there's a difference between him and Alex, and that's that she has more courage than he has! He says it's a difficult decision, and he needs more time to think, so he hangs up.

Alex asks what Bryan thinks, and asks Bryan to whisper to her. Noel gets Bryan to write in the book what he thinks the offer will be, and Bryan says he'd deal that offer.

The banker phones back and asks if Bryan is reasonable, to which he says "yes". The banker says whatever Bryan wrote in the book is the offer!

Noel reveals what Bryan wrote, and it's...

Alex says she's seen a show where the lady was offered £88,000, and Noel reminds us that was Corinne. Banker's offer:
£88,000

Alex says she literally can't believe this, and she wants to go on because she wants £250,000! Alex asks Noel what he'd do, and he says he simply can't answer that question.

Alex says
DEAL
