Deal or No Deal although initially appearing very simple in format of just opening a few boxes for the chance to win some big money prizes, actually has some potentially complex decisions to be made at points throughout the show, the contestants occasionally try complex or simple gameplay in an attempt to give them an edge in beating the Banker.

Anthony's Deal or No Deal Game Report 22/06/11

Anthony has box 19. Noel says Anthony has his twin brother in the audience, and they've both had cystic fibrosis all their lives, and he talks about how it's affected their lives and how they have to do various exercises each day to control it. Anthony shows a photo of him with his family, and another pic of him when his brother had given him a dodgy haircut just before he went on the show!

Banker says he's feeling pugnacious today. He says Anthony is sickeningly good-looking, and thinks he could be trouble, so he's going to play a dirty trick. The banker says he's bonded with Anthony's twin-brother, so the question will be directed to him!

Banker's offer:

Anthony's brother says it's good money and Noel says it's not been the luckiest game. Noel says he hopes the right decision is coming here.

Anthony says

Round 6
Noel says he wants to put everything in context, and he talks about how Anthony and his twin-brother can't work because of their cystic fibrosis, and they have to struggle each day to keep healthy.

Anthony chooses box 7 with John, then changes his mind. Noel reminds us how Jonny changed his mind over a box and ruined his game.

Ted says he thinks £20k is in his box. Anthony asks his brother for some advice over which box to choose now, so Noel asks him down to the pound table.

Anthony goes for box 7 but then changes his mind to 14.

Banker time with £100 and £20,000 remaining

The banker says declining the last offer was a huge decision.

Banker's offer:

Anthony says he wasn't expecting that much. Andre says it's a lot of money, and not far off what he turned down at the last offer. Anthony and his brother discuss whether they should "do it" or not. Noel asks who wants them to deal, and almost everyone in the audience stands up.

Anthony says

Noel says this is two young men wanting security to face their health issues in the future.

Anthony wins £20,000 from his box 19.

The other contestants rush out to join Anthony and his brother at the pound table.

Box 7 with John contains the £100

Noel says he thought they were insane to take the risk!
