Spiro's Deal or No Deal Game Report 07/04/10

Noel is still getting over Ramesh's game yesterday, as it was the game that had everything he says and had every element you could ever want including money and he went home with £77,000.

Sprio has box 13 today. Noel asks where Spiro's name came from, and Spiro explains that it is Greek as both his parents are Greek, and he had a Greek wedding as well and explains all about a Greek wedding. Noel asks him about the bit in a Greek wedding where the wife kicks the husband! We get to see a picture of Spiro's 2 children, and he says his wife can't be with him today as she is expecting their 3rd child in a few weeks. Spiro says he has had a few nicknames in the past, but Noel's 'sparrow' is a new one on him

Round 1
4 - £500 Ray
7 - £1,000 Davinia
2 - £3,000 Beryl
5 - £5,000 Zaid
That is 3 elements of the Banker's perfect round says Noel.
9 - £750 Jonny

Banker time
The Banker says you have got to be kidding him, one day he gives away £77,000 and the next day you get nearly the perfect start!

Banker's offer:

Spiro says

Round 2
1 - £20,000 Sal
18 - 1p Andy G

Banker's offer:

That is a very good offer says Spiro

Spiro says

Round 3
6 - £100 Kelly
8 - £35,000 Ciara
22 - £50,000 Emma

Banker time
Isn't it funny how that round has changed the game says Noel. The Banker has Spiro down as a No Dealer as he has always said no deal while on the wings to any questions.

Banker's offer:

Spiro still thinks there is another round in the game.

Spiro says

Round 4
15 - 10p Newbie Mo
That is the one we was looking for says Noel
19 - £75,000 Adam (Opened by Caroline)
20 - £1 Mary

Banker time
That's what I wanted shouts Spiro. The Banker says this board presents the perfect challenge for him with a player like Spiro.

Banker's offer:

Noel asks if the Banker has got Spiro with that offer, and Spiro replies that he will think about that offer as he isnt' going to dismiss that sort of money.

Spiro says

Round 5
12 - £250,000 Tom
That is the worst possible result says Noel.
3 - £100,000 Glen
It doesn't really get more cruel than that says Noel.
16 - £250 Emily

Banker time
Lets try and keep the zing going says Noel. We hear the Banker laughing down the phone!

Banker's offer:

That is a big crash says Noel

Spiro says

Round 6
17 - £5 Raff
11 - £50 Caroline
We might get away with this and the Banker might be eating humble pie says Noel
14 - £10 Liz

Banker time with 50p and £10,000 remaining

The Banker says 'Oh darn it'

Banker's offer:

Spiro goes to Tom for advice, and Tom thinks if Spiro turned down £20,000 he will go for this. Sal tells Sprio that he can't divide 50p between his 3 kids, but he can divide £3,000 between them.

Spiro says

Noel opens box 13 and reveals 50p

Gareth with box 21 contains the £10,000

Spiro says the £3,000 is a lot of money, and he would have liked to have played on but couldn't take the risk of such a drop.
