Right off the bat, no I don't know what they mean either. I am entering this post simply to acknowledge that there is massive interest in this - thousands of people have been arriving at this blog over the last week or so, specifically looking for an answer to what these drawings on Noel's hand are all about.
I suspect its just Noel trying to create intrigue, he is a past master at sending people off on wild goose-chases - remember the Gotcha Awards?
Anyway, if anyone knows, or even better Noel (but he is not going to tell until he is ready, is he?) - please write in, it will put a lot of people out of their respectives miseries.

Just heard that they are connected with his Cosmic interests as mentioned on Parkinson.

From the above quote I think it's probably some sort of code.
Does anyone have a list of the symbols so far?
I've searched the forums, and these are the only symbols I can confirm.
But I will be taking note from now on...
