Noel says the fact that Duane had a target means that he has thought a lot about his game, but it shows a special kind of player who can modify his game as it is being played out. The Banker talks about Nadia at this stage and being offered £17,000 at this point, but then played on and had 2 low numbers, but then also the top of the game and her next offer fell.
Banker's offer:
£23,000
That is a full £8,000 above your target says Noel. Steve says that he knows Duane would tell anyone to play on now, but Duane says that he would modify his advice depending on the player. The Banker calls and says that this group of 22 have seen some amazing games, and a lot of people at this stage have played on and hit 2 blues and a red, but that situation can't continue and the luck will end.
Duane says
DEAL

£79.50
Noel opens Duane's box 19 and reveals £250
Box 8 with newbie Nick contains the 50p
Noel asks Duane if £15,000 was his target, or if it was a bit of gameplay, and Duane says that when he first heard he was coming on the show he thought £10,000 would be nice, but then £15,000 became his target. Noel says that he is really sorry that Duane didn't go home with his target and now has to go home with £23,000
