Deal or No Deal is enjoyed my millions of viewers daily, where the contestants battle with The Banker to try and win a jackpot of £250,000. Here at donduk you will find full daily reports of each show, as well Deal or No Deal news and specials. Deal or No Deal although initially appearing very simple in format of just opening a few boxes for the chance to win some big money prizes, actually has some potentially complex decisions to be made at points throughout the show, the contestants occasionally try complex or simple gameplay in an attempt to give them an edge in beating the Banker.

John's Deal or No Deal Game Report 17/12/10

Noel is delighted that Ashley proved the game isn't over until the last box is actually opened, as she went away with £7,500 and didn't miss out on winning the £250,000

John has box 3 today. John is a retired art teacher and headmaster. John has painted a picture of Noel in the DoND studio. John has a dream of owning a boat and living on it. He has an army of supporters with him today, his wife and 2 daughters. John's wife says that they have known each other since they were 8, and John shows a picture of them at school We see another of John and his wife on their wedding day.

Round 1
John says he has a method of sorts, and he is starting with box 1,2, and then 3, but he has that so he will go for 5, and he is basing it on the Fibonacci system.

That Fibonacci is strong stuff says Noel. The Banker is surprised people hasn't heard of the Fibonacci system as it was in the Da Vinci code

That is spectacular destruction says Noel, and we will now find out if the Banker is insulted or flattered by John's painting. The Banker says he is flattered as John has made him look so thin

It's quite a balanced board says Noel. The Banker says that it is a tricky board.

John turns to his wife and says that this is the point where it is a gamble. John's daughter tells him that he said he came here to play the game and he would be so disappointed if he made a deal and went on to take out 3 blues next.

John says

Round 5
4 - £250 Danielle

John asks if the Banker will make a deal with him if he gives the Banker the picture he painted of him in exchange for an early offer. The Banker calls and agrees to make an offer straight away.

Banker's offer:
£16,000

John weighs up the board and the different outcomes if he plays on, and then refers back to Ashley's game. He then goes to Brian for some advice, and he says he would play on here.

John says

Banker time
That is interesting says John. The Banker says the gamble paid off for John, he now wants John's wife to influence him here to take the next offer!

Banker's offer:

John's daughter says if she was sat at home watching someone else playing and with this board she would be sat there telling them to take the money, but now sat in the studio she is tempted to say play on. John asks the pilgrims who would deal, he then asks the wings as well.

John says

John picks Haroon with box 7 as he has been having some large reds lately, but Noel stops him and says that if he is choosing Haroon because he thinks he has a large red he will have to choose the other box, as he should be playing on with honesty and he wouldn't choose Haroon and would have gone for box 8 instead.

Banker time with £50 and £50,000 remaining

This is a good game says John.

Banker's offer would've been:

Noel opens John's box 3 and reveals £50,000

Box 7 with Haroon contains the £50

John says he has really enjoyed his time on the show and thanks everyone for their support. The Banker calls and asks for John's picture, and then thanks John for saving him some money.
