Sara's Game Report

A quizzical Noel does the intro question today, he talks about Simon's game yesterday and how it compared to Jim's game earlier in the week, also how it may have affected Simon's decision in the game. He reminds everyone to forget about past games and play their games as if there have been no other games.

It's Sarah's turn in the crazy chair and she has box 20 today, and is told to take the walk of wealth carefully as she has a small china cat perched on top of her box, Noel says it looks terrible!!! Sarah has her husband Scott in the audience with her today, she wants to win enough to totally spoil Scott. Sarah says that is OK as she still has the power 5, we learn about Sarah's pet business that she runs. The banker tells us he borrows his neighbour’s cat for stroking!!! He appreciates the discount that Sarah has offered him, although he doesn't want her to WINALOT!!! He offers £9,000, Sarah says it's a fair offer, and Scott says it's reasonable, Sarah says NO DEAL.

Round 2
21 - £100,000 groans all around
10 - £750 Cheers as the blue goes
2 - £75,000 ewwww goes Sarah and Noel

Noel says there is a BIG whole in the board now for the cats to get in, the banker says it was BIG prang!!! He offers £11,000, Noel says he is surprised at that offer, Scott says it is about right, Steve(wrighty says it about right but to go on) Brian says much the same but is told to be more cheerful!! Sarah says NO DEAL.

Round 3
Sarah goes to Joey next, but Noel is worried about Joey's assassin name!! Although she’s not produced high numbers for quite a while now.
15 - 10p
22 - £50,000 Groans for that one
9 - £500

Noel says the £250,000 is looking exposed now, he asks Scott where he thinks the banker will go now, Scott thinks that the banker will raise his offer a little. The banker offers £13,000, Sarah says it's a good offer and she's pleased with it, she says she knows that she is taking a risk by going on but accepts that. Before Noel can ask the question the banker calls back!! He raises the offer to £15,000, the raise surprises Sarah, Scott says it's only a couple of grand. Sarah says NO DEAL.

Round 4
7 - £1 Big cheers
19 - £50 more cheers
Sarah goes to 16 next and Noel builds up the possibility of an all blue round and the higher offers that would have to follow, he then calls an AD break just as the seal is about to be removed from the box! Noel opens Sarah's box 20 and reveals £10! Box contains the £10,000.

Sarah says their is no justice in the game, Noel says that it's true and you have to go for it and Sarah should have gone away with £10,000 at the very least.

Sarah played a very brave game today especially with the recent games that have crashed, it was VERY interesting that Noel really made an effort to include Sarah's husband in the game after his rants and raves since Donna's game when he told everyone not to include their input into their games!! Noel seemed to dismiss all his speeches of the past few games!!!

Simon's Game Report

Noel wears his jigsaw pattern shirt for us today as he welcomes us to the dream factory but he as well as dreams it also produces nightmares. He warns everyone about being heavily influenced by their friends or partners in the audience. Ned and especially Donna gets mentioned in this speech about NOT being influenced by anyone other than themselves! He really lays it on that games have gone disastrously wrong when players have taken onboard advice from others. Donna's game yesterday still seems to have struck a chord with Noel and it clearly shows that he was not impressed with the way that game played out.

It's Simon's turn at the 'Pound Table' and he has box 18 today, and he has his wife Kate in the audience for support, Noel asks how much influence Kate will have in the game!! He says absolutely NONE!! Noel is not so sure and tells Simon to make sure that it is very much HIS game. Noel asks how people can afford to take so much time off from their jobs to play the game, Simon tells us that he saved up his holiday time from his employer. Jenny is off ill today, Danny is on double box duty.

Round 1
6 - £50,000 groans for a power 5 value
5 - £500 cheers for the blue
1 - £15,000 ripple of applause as Simon say it's alright
11 - 50p
3 - £35,000 silence for the lowest power 5

Simon remains positive with the board as the highest 3 are still in play, Joey the baby faced assassin gets a mention over her run of high boxes (although they have been low of late the name has stuck!). The banker is really happy with the outcome of yesterday’s game. He says he feels more alive than ever before! He says it's amazing how energizing the tears of a young lady can be!! Simon told us earlier that he found £10 outside the hotel last night and the banker says he lost £10 last night on one of his undercover missions to the hotel!! Noel says Simon is now in the hall of fame with this opening offer of MINUS £10!! As he wants his £10 back!! The banker calls back and then offers £2,002, Simon says NO DEAL.

Round 2
21 - £10
Simon looks to Joey but Noel says you're not going there are you and Simon says no...
19 - £5,000
14 - £250,000

Noel still talks about Simon not being influenced by his partner, he also tells the banker not to say anything, the banker wants to speak to Simon's wife Kate!! She tells him that she is very optimistic about the game today, the banker told her that she is foxy! He then offers £5,000, he says he has got his way now and has got Simon's wife involved in the game!! Simon says NO DEAL.

Round 3
2 - £100 Newbie Conor
9 - £250
17 - £1

It's a superb all blue round and Simon whips up the pilgrims. The banker is irritated now and says the mind games are over, but then says this offer is straight out of Jim's game!! He offers £9,900, Simon says that is a very good offer, Sarah says that round was a turning point in the game and it would be very unlucky to take out both the £75,000 and £100,000 next round. Simon says NO DEAL.

Round 4
12 - £5 YES says Simon
22 - £100,000 Groans followed by silence
Simon goes to box 4 next, but Noel queries this decision as he wanted to avoid it earlier, there is a BIG build up that Simon is convinced that he has £75,000
4 - £75,000

Noel tells the banker to stop laughing, the banker is homing in on Sarah after the comment about Simon not taking out the £100,000 and £75,000 in one round, he offers £1,004, Simon says NO DEAL.

Round 5
7 - £3,000
8 - £1,000
16 - 1p BIG CHEERS

We needed that says Noel, but it's a shame the other reds went, the banker talks about Simon's wife but Noel tells him to stop, he then offers £4,004. Simon turns to Kate who says don't turn to me! Simon says NO DEAL.

Round 6
Kate asks everyone in the studio to rub their hands for luck and chants of BLUE BLUE BLUE start.
20 - £10,000 It's all or nothing as only the £20,000 remains in the reds
15 - £50 BIG CHEERS for Joey's low blue
Simon is stuck now as the 2 numbers he didn't want left remain.
10 - £750

That round leaves a final 2 of £20,000 and 10p, can the £20,000 be on the table again!!!

The banker talks about Jim's game and how he wants to replicate that game with Simon going away with almost nothing! He offers £5,990, Simon goes to Kate but she says that she doesn't want to get involved. There is a LOT of talk about Jim's game, Paul tells Simon to put Jim's game out of his head and play it as he would play it not knowing Jim's result. Simon says DEAL.

Noel asks Simon if he had gone on would he have taken the swap, Simon say NO WAY!

Noel opens Simon's box 18 and reveals 10p, box 13 contains the £20,000.

In the closeout of the show Noel talks about Simon playing his own game today and while taking advice he ultimately made his own decisions, he hopes the future contestants will take this on board and play their own games as well. The recent game outcomes where there has been a lot of influence from friends or relations has clearly hit a nerve with Noel, but didn't he start including outside influence into the game in the first place?

Donna's Game Report

Another day in at the dream factory and in Noel's intro he underlines the NO DEAL part of his opening gambit! Does Noel prefer the No Dealers? Noel talks about Jim's heartbreak game of yesterday and tells everyone to put that behind them and play their own game today.

It's Donna's turn in the 'Crazy Chair' and she has box 1 today, she's from Essex and is a secretary for a construction company. Noel quizzes Donna about her job but she struggles with Noel's questions, Noel says he's just trying to break in her gently with these easy questions as the more difficult ones come up in the game! Donna has her fiancé in the audience for support today and we learn a little about how he proposed to her, Donna is hopefully looking to win enough for a deposit on a house.

Round 1
Donna struggles to choose her first box, so Noel prompts her.
19 - £250 Big cheers for the blue
12 - £750 more cheers
Donna is really struggling to choose her boxes at the moment.
4 - £500
14 - £1,000
18 - £35,000 a few groans for the lowest power 5

Donna says that's OK. The banker does an impression of Donna on the phone as a secretary, being very vague with his replies!! The banker says his cook is from Essex, she had an accident the other day and cut herself! He asked where are you bleeding from and she said Romford!!! Terrible joke!! He offers £10,000.

Donna says that's a years salary, and Noel tells her to drive back there tomorrow and ask for more for all the promotion her company has got today. Noel asks if Donna is nervous today after Jim's game yesterday, and she says yes that really shook her up! Donna then says NO DEAL.

Round 2
15 - £15,000
10 - £50,000 'OH WHAT' says Donna to silence from the studio
Noel tells Donna not to worry, as there are still big numbers in play, Donna wants to leave Simon until the end but decides to choose him after the break...
Back from the break and Noel says that Donna is more relaxed now.
8 - 1p OMG says Donna as she rushes over to hug Simon.

The banker says he was hoping for a better round there, and he's finding Donna hard to read, he then offers £10,000, he sticks. Donna turns to her fiancé who says there are still loads of blues there, Donna says NO DEAL.

Round 3
Donna thinks of picking newbie Paul with box 5 but is afraid he'll have a big one, so goes elsewhere.
2 - £75,000 Groans for that one
20 - 10p Cheers to that one
16 - £20,000 YES that's fine shouts Donna

Noel says that was a really disappointing round although Donna seems happy with the board. The banker says he wants to be cruel but can't be and offers £7,500. Donna's fiancé joins her at the pound table for a little chat, Noel chips in that if the 2 big ones stay in play during the next round the offers with soar, Donna says NO DEAL.

Donna's fiancé stays at the table and takes a sip of her tea, Noel asks if he would like anything else? He says yes, a bacon sandwich would be nice, so Noel calls for a bacon sandwich to be brought out!!

Round 4
7 - £3,000
11 -50p
Donna perks up when she realises that both of the top 2 can't be taken out now, although she struggles to choose the next number as all the numbers mean something now!! Noel calls another AD break.
9 - £100 BIG CHEERS all around

It's a good round for Donna, Noel offers to get Donna a chair as her fiancé is sitting in hers! Meanwhile the banker offers £21,000, the banker is worried as the big 2 are still in play - OMG says Donna. Donna really struggles over this offer, her fiancé reminds her that had always talked about a certain figure, Noel runs through the different plays now and says that the £21,000 is real money now that she can walk away with, although if Donna produces an all blue round now the banker will have to offer in excess of £50,000. He asks which would she regret more the fact that she could have been the first £250,000 or going home without the £21,0000, her fiancé says going home without the £21,0000. Donna says she is ready for the question and says DEAL.

Round 5 - Proveout round
21 - £1 silence for the lowest blue - Would have been a great start says Noel
5 - £50 BIG GROANS for another blue - OH WHAT says Donna and she doesn't to play anymore!!! Noel wonders if Donna is going to replicate Ingerlise's agony!!
13 - £10,000 ARRGGH says Donna

Donna says she is having a domestic now with her fiancé as he said to deal but she wanted to play on, he says it was her decision. Noel lets us hear the banker laughing down the phone, and says that with her fiancés help they have squandered £59,000!! Donna is now in tears.

Round 6 - proveout round
17 - £5 More groans and its perfection says Noel
22 - £10 unbelievable as the last blue goes! The whole studio and Donna cannot believe this round. Donna asks her fiancé to choose the next box, he says it's her call as it's her game.
3 - £5,000 UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!

The perfect round!! £100,000 and £250,000 remain!!

I can't believe this says Donna as she starts to take out her frustration on her fiancé!! Donna is really distressed over this and says she is going to be sick! The banker would have offered £170,000, this gets an enormous groan from the pilgrims. Donna is in tears, and asks why didn't she have the guts to go on, Noel tells her to remember her feeling when offered the £21,000 and how much that sum meant to her at the time.

Noel opens Donna's box 1 and reveals £250,000. It's there!! Donna is in tears as the whole studio falls into silence, there are shocked reactions all over the studio. Box 6 contains the £100,000.

Noel tells Donna to focus on the £21,000 win and remember that £21,000 is still a lot of money and will help her greatly. Donna says she is really thankful for that and thanks for having me.

On Noels voiceover at the end he talks about the worrying trend of family and friends influencing the course of the games, and the fact that it's a game about one person taking on the banker and good fortune, and when contestants deviate from this they miss the chance of a lifetime.

That was an incredibly painful game to watch at times as the proveout rounds compounded Donna's anguish with every box opening. This game is certainly going to provide many talking points over the whole game. The involvement of someone close to the person in the decision making, whether the deal was right or wrong at the point it was taken, Noel's labouring of the wrong decision. Of course we only see a small edited section of the whole game and it's down to the production team how we perceive the final airing, and it's their job to provide an entertainment drama, as Noel likes to put it.

Jim says he should have left that one as it was his wedding day, he says he is now waiting for the 'SMUG' phone call now. Noel pick up the phone and says 'Hello Mr, Smug!' The banker offers £1,500, Noel says he has been punished for that last round, Jim says NO DEAL.

Round 6
Can the £20,000 be on the table yet again?!
12 - 10p Newbie Marriette
20 - £1,000
11 - £50 BIG CHEERS

It's time for the banker time with £20,000 and £250 remaining, surely the £20,000 can't be on the Pound Table yet again? The banker offers £6,000, that gets a few groans and Jim goes to his mate for advice, he applies Mally's law that Jim's box can't have the £20,000 as it's been on the table so many times lately.

The banker calls back and GUARANTEES Jim the chance to swap his box if he doesn't deal, Jim says NO DEAL.

The banker calls back and asks if he can change his mind over offering the swap!! Noel says NO and so the banker offers the swap. Jim takes the chance to swap his box and Noel collects box 17 and places it in front of Jim.

Noel opens box 17 and reveals £250!! Box 19 contains the £20,000.

Jim says he has had a great time, but it looks as though he will be doing a lot more overtime for a while!

Adie's Game Report

Noel introduces today's game from a very festive dream factory, the whole studio has got its Christmas decorations up. There are Christmas trees around the studio, and the wings are trimmed in holly, and the boxes are dressed up as presents with ribbons and bows. Noel talks about the special game of Lynsey's on Friday with the marriage proposal and the courageous decision to go all the way and win £20,000.

It's Adie's turn to take the walk of wealth today and he does so with box 5, he has his wife Barbara in the audience with him for support today.

Round 1
2 - £10,000
1 - £250
20 - £100
22 - £250,000 Total silence in the studio
3 - £50

Noel says he had a great Saturday and was very naughty!!! The banker didn't like the weekend as he was seeing all the Christmas decorations going up!! He then offers £7,100, Adie says it's a good offer but NO DEAL.

Round 2
4 - 50p Big cheers all around
19 - 1p Bigger cheers
Noel says that Adie can go in the hall of fame for taking out the 3 lowest values in one round, but he or his stats people forget about Melanie who took out all the penny values in one round!
21 - £5 Big cheers

Adie gets a nice all blue round and Noel says the banker should be concerned now. The banker wants to know Donna's thoughts on the game so far, she says it's in Adie's favour and Noel has a pop at her lack of in depth analysis!! The banker then offers
£16,100, WOW says Adie, Wrighty says it's a great offer as well, as does Danny. Adie says NO DEAL.

Round 3
6 - 10p Big cheers for the lowest remaining blue
Adie goes to the baby faced assassin next - Joey!! Noel is a little worried
8 - £3,000 It's alright says Noel as Joey delivers a low red
17 - £750 Big cheers for yet another blue

Adie says he is enjoying it now, Noel asks can Adie produce another great round and HE forgets how to count to 3!!! Who's going to write on Noel's hand? The banker calls and asks to speak to Adie and tells him to write 1,2,3 on his hand!! He then offers £23,100.

The banker is worried about the group of tightly packed reds, Adie says WOW again. Adie goes to his wife who says that Adie knows what he has to do. GK tells Adie that he thinks he should go for a sweep, he does and Donna gets picked out again for her opinions!! Most say it's a fantastic offer, but it's also a fantastic board. Adie says NO DEAL.

Round 4
Noel says we now have to open 3 boxes!!
18 - £100,000 BIG groans all around
7 - £35,000 another of the power 5 goes!
13 - £1 BIG cheers for the blue

Noel says we are all comfortable apart from the banker, the banker says he's comfortable as he saw the fire in Adie's eye go when the £100,000 went. The banker now sees Adie as a player and is taking him seriously, he offers £15,000. Adie goes to Jim for advice, he says he doesn't want to see him crash and burn, Simon says it's a great offer and the blues are going to be harder to find from now on, Donna says don't ask me! Adie says DEAL.

Noel asks Adie if that surprised him, he says it did, the camera pans to Adie's wife who is very emotional so that seemed to mean a lot to her. Noel does the chicken impression!!!! And wonders if it was a round too soon!

Round 5 - Proveout round
9 - £75,000 Big applause as the highest amount goes
14 - £15,000
12 - £50,000 BIG CHEERS

It's almost the perfect proveout round and Noel says that was an amazing round, the banker would have offered £1,500. Adie says he would have been in tears at that point but would have played on.

Round 6 - Proveout round
16 - £10
10 - £1,000
15 - £500

That round would have been a good recovery round leaving a final 2 values of £20,000 and £5,000. The banker calls and would have offered £10,000, Adie says he would have played on there.

Noel opens Adie's box 5 and reveals £20,000! There was a shout of yes there from a confused pilgrim! Box 11 contains the £5,000. The game ended with a rather flat atmosphere in the studio as yet again the £20,000 appears on the pound table!

Lynsey's Game Report

A rather cheeky intro from Noel today, and a loud purple/blue shirt to compliment it as well!! Noel talks about Mike's emotional game from yesterday, and his great swap and win over the banker.

It's Lynsey's turn at the 'Pound Table' today and she has box 14, Lynsey says she had a bit of trouble taking the walk of wealth as she had her slippery shoes on! Lynsey has her partner Martin in the audience with her today for support and we learn that she would like to put a deposit on a house, so there is a possible financial target.

Noel asks Martin to join Lynsey at the table for a chat, and then makes a special announcement and PROPOSES to Lynsey, Noel asks Lynsey if it's a DEAL or NO DEAL!! Lynsey says DEAL. Another first for the show, congratulations Lynsey and Martin.

Round 1
1 - £1,000
11 - £100 Cheers for Danny's low box and Noel says he could be a pageboy at the wedding!
15 - £10 Great intro to the newbie Neil
3 - £5
7 - £1

Noel says it's a great opening round and then the banker calls and says that one in 3 marriages end in divorce!! He then makes an opening offer of £15,000. Noel asks would it be a good idea to quit now with a strong opening offer? Lynsey says NO DEAL.

Round 2
18 - £500
16 - 50p
4 - £250,000 OH NO!!!

The fairy tale ends says Noel, the banker says he doesn't want to be a killjoy all the time and has a gift for Lynsey and Martin - It's a bottle of Champagne on ice, Lynsey says she is going to save the champagne for when she opens box 14 at the end. The banker offers £11,500, Lynsey says it's a good offer and Simon agrees, he also says that more reds are going to be hit now, Wrighty says it's a good offer as well and Noel picks on him for being miserable!!! Lynsey says NO DEAL.

Round 3
2 - £250
10 - 1p Big cheers for the 1p, that's better says Lynsey
12 - £35,000 mixed reaction for the lowest of the power 5

Noel says it's still an amazing board, the banker wants to know how many guests will be at the wedding, Martin says it depends on how much he offers! He then offers £17,500, the offer receives applause and Martin says it's a very good offer, and that Lynsey could start hitting lots of reds now. Lynsey turns to the pilgrims who shout NO DEAL. Lynsey says NO DEAL.

Round 4
Martin says that it will be very unlucky now to hit the entire top 3, and Noel says he has been told off for saying that in the past, he then takes Martin outside of the studio for jinxing the round!!!

Lynsey wants a quickie while Martin is outside!!!!
13 - £3,000
6 - £15,000
19 - £5,000

Noel says the board is looking very healthy at the moment and Lynsey says she is very happy with the board as well. The banker has been looking at his stats again and the average wedding costs £12,000 and the average honeymoon £5,000. He offers £22,000, Lynsey says it's a fantastic offer but there are big sums still on the board and loads of back-up as well. Martin says sat at home that is a NO DEAL, but it looks different sat in front the board, but he still thinks it's a strong board though, Lynsey says NO DEAL. Noel says that was a very brave decision.

Round 5
17 - £50,000 groans for that one
21 - £50
8 - £100,000 OH NO!! says Noel

The banker says he enjoyed that round and then offers £751, then Noel adds with £11,000 in front!!! So it's £11,751, Noel says it's at the point now where you have to decide if you are going all the way, Lynsey says NO DEAL.

Round 6
20 - 10p
9 - £75,000 the highest value goes and Martin says he wanted to keep that box after it was opened!!!
5 - £10,000

That round leaves a final 2 amounts of £750 and £20,000. It's all or peanuts now says Noel, although he also says that the banker will be cruel with where he pitches this offer. The banker calls and makes a final round offer of £5,000, Lynsey says NO DEAL.

Noel opens Lynsey's box 14 and reveals £20,000, the whole studio goes wild with delight as the amount is revealed, box 22 contains the £750.

This was another great game with another first for the show of a marriage proposal.

Mike's Game Report

Noel welcomes us to the dream factory, and says he is looking for a courageous player today who can play the game giving us the chance of a £250,000 win.

It's Mike's turn in the crazy chair today and he has box 2, he used to be a butcher but is unemployed at the moment.

Noel asks about Mike's tingly wingly feelings that he gets from the boxes! Noel says he has feelings as well, like he knows when the phone is going to ring!!!! We see a pic of Mike with this partner, and he also has a couple of lucky charms from his family.

Round 1
19 - £10
12 - £35,000 Newbie Wendy gets a welcome before receiving groans for the lowest power 5
20 - 50p BIG cheers for the low blue
15 - £1,000 Joey the baby faced assassin produces a lower value
1 - £3,000

Noel says this could be interesting as the banker is confident this week, the banker is complaining that he hasn't had a kiss all year, although he did go out on a date last night and his date is still in the shower!!! The banker doesn't offer Mike any money for the first offer, instead he is giving Mike the chance to test out his Tingly Wingly feelings by having the chance to swap his box 2 with any remaining box in play. Mike agrees to take offer of a swap and uses his Tingly Wingly powers to check every box to see if he can get a feeling off any box, Mike wants to swap for box 11. Noel swaps box 2 for box 11

Round 2
Mike picks box 2 straight away and it gets a great reception
2 - 1p What a fantastic swap
Noel says that is one his favourite moments in the whole shows history!
18 - £750 Cheers and a C'mon from Mike
17 - £250 more cheers

A wonderful all blue round for Mike and the banker is beginning to believe in Mike's Tingly Wingly powers, he is now shaken!! He makes his money offer of the game with £22,000. The offer receives gasps from the pilgrims and Mike says it is a very respectable offer, Simon says that is a very serious offer but Mike is having a great game, Mike says NO DEAL.

Round 3
16 - 10p
8 - £75,000 Groans for another of the power 5
5 - £1

The banker says Mike is a remarkable man, and he feels more worried from Simon's comment now, he makes an offer of £26,500. Mike again thanks the banker for another great offer and goes to Brian for some advice, Brian tells Mike to think carefully about the offer and what the money can do for him at the moment. Mike tells everyone that it's really hard when sat in the Crazy Chair before telling Noel DEAL.

Mike apologises for backing out but he couldn't risk it, Noel asks Mike if he would like to share his reasons but Mike gets very emotional so Noel calls a break for Mike to compose himself. After the break Noel talks about the emotional game that Mike has produced, and Mike tells us what the win means for him, it will allow him to put a deposit on a house so his boy can have his own bedroom and also buy him some gifts.

Round 4 - Proveout round
10 - £500
13 - £15,000
21 - £50,000

The banker would have offered £21,000.

Round 5 - Proveout round
22 - £10,000
6 - £5
4 - £250,000 BIG CHEERS all around

The banker would have offered £11,000 and it starts to look as though Mike has made the perfect deal.

Round 6 - Proveout round
9 - £100,000 Fantastic
14 - £5,000
3 - £100

It's time for the banker with £20,000 and £50 remaining, he would have offered £6,500, Mike says he would have dealt there.

Noel opens mike's box 11 and reveals £20,000, box 7 contains £50.

Mike makes the perfect deal at the perfect time and beats the banker in another exciting and entertaining game, it also proved to be an emotional game, which Noel clearly didn't expect at the start when Mike was picked. It was also interesting how compassionately Noel was in this game with the early deal as opposed to the way he reacted in Ingelise's game with a similar early deal...

Jaye's Game Report

Noel picks out Sarah in the wings today in his intro as she has box 9, and he wonders if it will appear again today for the 4th day in a row!

It's Jaye's turn to take the walk of wealth of today and she does so with box 7, Jaye is a little nervous but very lively!! She teaches drama and art to disadvantaged children. We see some pics of Jaye's little boy and also his feet! Jaye has here 'MAD' cousin in the audience for support today.

Round 1
Jaye whips up the pilgrims, so expect a loud and lively game today
9 - £35,000 It's alright says Jaye, although the pilgrims seem to react otherwise...

1 - 1p And there goes the other end of the board
16 - 10p
4 - £100,000 2nd highest amount goes!

It's a horrible opening round and Noel agrees by calling it disastrous opening round, and he also says the banker will be cackling down the phone! The banker calls and makes an opening offer of £500! That offer receives groans and Noel says it's harsh, Jaye says NO DEAL.

Round 2
13 - £1,000
20 - £10,000 Silence for yet another high red
Jaye asks should she pick another one or does Noel want to go to a break, Noel says £1,000, £2,000 and £20,000 which confuses Jaye a little until he points out it's what WE can win in the viewers competition, he then calls the break!
17 - 50p C'mon says Jaye

Jaye says she is Rocking & Rolling now! The banker says that Jaye is irritating him, Jaye asks why? He says that she reminds him of one of those battery adverts where the dog keeps doing back flips all the time and the batteries don't run down!!! He then offers £4,100, Jaye says we are going to have an all blue round now, then starts to choose another box. Noel says NOW THAT is irritating, as she hasn't answered the question yet! Jaye says NO DEAL.

Round 3
19 - £15,000 Groans followed by shouts of C'mon Jaye
6 - £50 Cheers for the blue
5 - £750 more cheers

Noel asks how Jaye is feeling now, BETTER shouts Jaye, Noel says I'm not deaf! The banker says that his next offer is going to be a package offer! He £9,100 + a Chauffeur car to the railway station + a single ticket home!! Jaye asks the pilgrims if she feels lucky - they all shout YES! Jaye says NO DEAL. Noel asks all the wings for positive thoughts now, otherwise Jaye might come back!!!

15 - £1 Cheers for the lowest blue
12 - £500 Bigger shouts and cheers
Chants of BLUE BLUE BLUE
3 - £20,000 Groans

The banker says he is in the middle of something, it's a first birthday card! He then offers £9,500. The card was for Jaye's son and was an emotional game played by the banker, which seems to have worked a little on Jaye as she starts to show some emotion.
Jaye says NO DEAL.

Round 6
10 - £5,000
18 - £50,000 Silence in the studio and it's game over
11 - £250 Newbie Sue

That round leaves a final 2 of £5 and £3,000, the banker offers £1,001, Jaye says NO DEAL.

Jaye says it was an amazing experience and Noel says she has been very courageous in her game.

Maggie's Game Report

Another day in the dream factory, will the banker have any more surprises for us today after all the twists and turns in Ned's game yesterday? Noel introduces the show and runs through Ned's unique game yesterday and the fun and games the banker played.

It's Maggie's turn in the 'Crazy Chair' today and she has box 9, she has her husband Tommy in the audience for support. Maggie has been the Mc. Mummy for the contestants and has been the supplier of numerous Mc Cuddles for the contestants throughout her stay on the show. We learn a little about Maggie's family's bakery business.

Round 1
Maggie says it looks HUGE from here! Referring to the board!!
4 - £3,000
2 - £100
19 - £1,000
7 - £10 Maggie is loving this start and we get loads of 'woooows'
13 - 1p BIG SHOUTS AND SCREAMS from Maggie!

It's a brilliant start says Noel, the banker comments about box 9 being on the table for 3 days in a row and £15,000 being won the previous times, he says Maggie will also go away with £15,000 today. He makes an opening offer of £12,500. Maggie is very impressed with the offer, Noel talks about facial hair and Maggie says that Tommy used to have hair like Noel in the 70's!! Noel pretends to be offended by the comment and retorts with 'take the offer and clear off!!!' Maggie says NO DEAL

Round 2
18 - £750 more screams of joy from Maggie
8 - £5,000
12 - £1

WOW says Maggie as the board looks fantastic with a block of 8 nice reds grouped together. The banker notices that Maggie claps silently and we learn that it's because Maggie broke her wrist in the summer, he then offers £15,000. The banker makes the offer of £15,000 as the last 2 shows have produced £15,000 winners with box 9, Maggie says NO DEAL.

Noel starts to jinx the next round by saying historically after a NO DEAL it all starts to go wrong, but all the contestants stop him before he can finish!

Round 3
11 - 50p
The banker calls and tries to jinx the round by saying it will be amazing if Maggie produces an all blue round!!
15 - £35,000 BANKER!!!
1 - £50,000 Newbie GK

Noel blames the banker for jinxing the round, the banker is convinced the game is turning now and offers £13,500, Maggie says NO DEAL.

Round 4
3 - £20,000 a few gasps for yet another high red
10 - £75,000 Oh NO!! says Maggie
The banker calls mid-round again! And says wouldn't it be awful if the next box was the £250,000! Noel gets Maggie to cover her ears while he tells us this!
14 - 10p The banker doesn't manage to jinx the round!

A nice finish to the round and it's stopped the rot says Noel, just as Maggie starts to say 'I'll have....' Noel shouts NOOOOOO and stops Maggie almost picking another box! The banker calls and mentions GK as the goalkeeper, he then offers £12,500. Maggie has a little chat with hubbie Tom, he tells Maggie that he thinks there is another deal in the board and everyone agrees, Maggie says NO DEAL.

Round 5
22 - £100,000 OH NO!!!! says Maggie and the studio falls silent....
16 - £50 BIG CHEERS for the blue
20 - £250,000 GASPS all around

It's horrible round for Maggie, and with the £15,000 still remaining can this game go the same way as the previous 2? Now that would be spooky if the same box three days in a row produced the same win three days in a row! The banker calls and offers £1,999, Maggie says she is going for the £15,000 now and NO DEAL.

Round 6
6 - £10,000 The backup goes.....
21 - £250
5 - £15,000 A total crash and burn says Noel!

It's time for the banker with £500 and £5 remaining on the board, the banker calls and makes a final offer of £100, Maggie says NO DEAL.

The banker calls back and offers Maggie the chance to swap her box 9 with the remaining box 17, Maggie says she has always said she would never swap, but hubbie says swap. Maggie takes the offer of the swap and now has box 17 sat in front of her. Noel opens box 17 and reveals the £500, box 9 has the £5.

Maggie says she is disappointed with the result, but at least the £500 will buy everyone a drink.

Ned's Game Report

Now the £250,000 has finally made it to the 'Pound table' will Noel still waffle on about it? I expect he will today after the early deal from Ingerlise yesterday and will talk about the courage the contestants need in order to win it.

Noel welcomes us to another show and does indeed talk about Ingerlise's game and says it had ruined his weekend!! He also talks about the coincidence of Debbie's game when the £250,000 last appeared and her going away with £15,000 as well!

It's Ned's turn to take the 'Walk of Wealth' today and he does so with box 9, Ned has his partner Becky in the audience with him today for support. It's quite a short intro, which could mean an interesting game today!

Round 1
8 - £20,000 It's OK says Ned
19 - £1 cheers for the first blue of the game
12 - £50
1 - £10
21 - £100 Newbie Jenny

Ned says that is a fantastic opening round as the power 5 is still intact, and Noel says 'Let battle commence'!

The banker says that Ned has been the best offer predictor of all time, and is a formidable foe, he is going to tell Noel the opening offer and if Ned gets it right he will DOUBLE it!!! He is going to give Ned £1,000 leeway either side to get it right. Ned goes to Becky for her advice and she says £13,000 - Ned predicts £14,000! Noel reveals that the banker offered £12,000! So the offer doesn't get doubled, Ned says NO DEAL.

Round 2
15 - £100,000
5 - £250,000 Disaster as the 2 top power 5 go!!!!
13 - £3,000

It's a horrible round for Ned and he says he has re-adjusted now and is aiming at the £75,000. The banker says if the £250,000 was still there he thinks Ned would have gone all the way, he is still playing with Ned and makes the same offer of allowing Ned to guess and he will double if he gets it right. Ned guesses £6,000 this time and is spot on, the offer is now doubled to £12,000, Ned says NO DEAL.

Round 3
14 - £500
3 - 10p
20 - £15,000 It's OK says Ned

Noel says that Ned is hitting his safety net, but to remain positive. The banker makes the same offer again to Ned in predicting the offer and having the chance to double it, Noel shows us the banker's offer he wrote in the book which is £8,200 - Ned has to get within £500 of this for it to double up, Ned guesses £9,000 and misses out by £300! The offer therefore remains at £8,200, Ned says NO DEAL.

Round 4
2 - £750
11 - £35,000 Groans for the lowest of the power 5
4 - £50,000 'Ouch' says Noel and Ned says it was a killer

It's another horrible round for Ned who says it's all or nothing now as the £75,00 is very isolated. The banker calls and changes the rules of his little sub-game with Ned, if Ned gets this guess wrong by over £500 the banker will offer NO MONEY and only the chance of a box SWAP with another remaining box!!! Ned predicts £5,200, Noel reveals the banker's offer was £7,500, Ned was wrong and doesn't get a money offer now, but the chance to swap his box 9 with any remaining box in play! Ned takes the chance to swap his box and chooses box 22 as his box now.

Round 5
Noel now wonders when Ned will take out box 9 his original box
6 - £5,000
7 - £10,000
Ned decides on 9 now!!!
Chants of BLUE BLUE BLUE
9 - £250 The studio goes wild!!

Noel tells everyone to calm down as it's not all over yet and that Ned could have swapped for the 1p! The banker says that his offer is massive in the circumstances, he now makes Ned the offer of guessing correctly within £500 and then in the next round Ned will get an offer after EVERY BOX is opened! This is a first for the UK show and takes a similar format to the US version where later on in the game the contestants get an offer after EVERY box rather than having to wait until 3 have been opened. Ned predicts £15,000 which is SPOT ON!!! He now has the decision to DEAL for the £15,000, or take a chance and get an offer after EVERY box in the next round. Ned goes to Becky for advice on whether to deal for the £15,000, she says YES deal, although Ned appears to want to go on, Ned asks if she is sure a few times more before finally saying DEAL.

We get the proveout round now with offers after EVERY box!!!

Round 6 - Proveout round
16 - £5 The offer would have been £19,000
17 - 50p The offer would have been £25,000
10 - 1p

Ned would have produced the perfect round had he played on and would have left a final 2 of £1,000 and £75,000, the banker would have offered £37,000, Ned says he would have said DEAL at that point.

Noel opens Ned's box 22 and it contains £75,000! Ned had made a perfect swap when given the opportunity in the game, which stuns the whole studio... Box 18 contains the £1,000

This game gave us a very unique and entertaining show with a few interesting twists, the mini prediction game provided an added element to Ned's game and threw up further twists along the way. The twist at the end of a banker's offer after every box was an interesting concept following other international versions of Deal or No Deal, although I'm not sure that it would be a good idea to use the format too often in the UK game.

Ingerlise's Game Report

It's Ingerlise's turn to take the 'Walk of Wealth' today, she does so with box 9 today, she has a couple of pressies for Noel and the banker - Noel asks if it is a bribe!! She also has a little Christmas bear for luck who is called Noel! Ingerlise is on the lookout for a new hubbie and has been on quite a few blind dates, Brian gets a few mentions from Noel as a potential new hubbie!

Round 1
18 - £5,000
2 - 50p
8 - £1,000
21 - £50,000 Big groans for thee first of the power 5
19 - £10

Noel wonders if her soul mate is about to call! The banker is wearing black socks, as Ingerlise doesn't like men in white socks! Although he says that's all he is wearing!!! The pressie was liqueur chocolates, which he has already eaten!!! He makes an opening offer of £8,100, Ingerlise wants to buy a little property abroad to invite all her friends to for holidays, so she needs a little more than that and says NO DEAL.

Round 2
13 - £20,000 One lonely person applauds that!!
15 - £100,000 BIG GROANS followed by silence for another of the power 5
20 - £250

Ingerlise tries to pick another box and Noel shouts NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!
Noel says the romance is still on as the banker offers £8,100, he sticks, but then adds on dinner for 2 as well! Ingerlise says NO DEAL.

Round 3
16 - 1p New player Alfie gets off to a great start
17 - £5
12 - £50

Great all blue round for Ingerlise who asks if she can speak to the banker, Noel hands over the phone and she says 'Hello darling' and also that he has a dirty voice! The banker offers £14,400, and then adds in a single red rose as well - so it's £14,400 and a red rose. Ingerlise says NO DEAL.

Round 4
4 - £75,000 Groans for yet another power 5 and the £250,000 is quite exposed now!
7 - £15,000
1 - £3,000

An all blue round followed by an all red round says Noel, the banker offers £15,000. Ingerlise goes to Donna for advice, she says that she should consider it as it could all go wrong in the next round. Noel offers a sweep and a tearful Ingerlise asks for the sweep, Ingerlise goes to Simon for a hug and some support, she really seems to be struggling on this offer. Ingerlise is really worried about hitting the reds in the next round and says DEAL.

Round 5 - Proveout round
Noel wonders if it was a deal too soon
3 - £10,000
6 - 10p gasps for the low blue

The banker is laughing down the phone!! Ingerlise is getting very emotional over her decision now and starts to cry, so Noel gets the tissues out. The banker would have offered £30,000, Noel consoles Ingerlise and says that £15,000 is still a large sum of money.

Round 6 - proveout round
14 - £100
5 - £500 groans all around
10 - £35,000 Silence in the studio

Ingerlise leaves a final 2 amounts of £250,000 and £1, has the £250,000 finally made it to the 'Pound table' after its long absence? The banker would have offered £65,000! Ingerlise is in tears at hearing the offer, Noel tries to console her again by saying the £15,000 is still a nice sum of money.

Noel opens box 9 and reveals the £250,000!! There is complete shock all around the studio as it finally makes it's appearance! Box 11 has the £1

It was a the game that everyone had been waiting on for well over 100 shows now, with the £250,000 finally making it to the 'Pound Table'. Unfortunately today's contestant couldn’t handle the pressures of the game and made the deal early in the game, much to their regret as the game played out its cruel ending. It was clear as the proveout rounds played out that Noel seemed quite upset that there wasn't a contestant in the chair who was prepared to play on with more courage and go for the ultimate and elusive prize.

Noel mentions the 1p club and the VERY exclusive £250,000 club

Shahid takes the 'walk of wealth' today with box 15, he's an IT engineer and Noel asks if it's as boring as it sounds!! He says it is! Noel talks to him about gambling and Shahid runs through all the gambling he does, it's mainly spread betting and online poker.

22 - £500

Shahid says it's a reasonable start, he thinks the banker will think he's an honest person from his responses while on the wings. Noel asks if he is a NO DEALER, Shahid says it will depend on the offers. The banker says he is out for revenge now after Lucy's game!! He likes Shahid's honesty in saying he will consider all the offers, and then makes an opening offer of £7,800.
Shahid says NO DEAL.

Round 2
8 - £250,000 Groans for the biggy!!
6 - £10 cheers as the blue goes and Shahid says there is a blue ladder appearing on the blue side and he's going to hit the £1 now to keep it going.
16 - 10p

Shahid nearly gets the blue ladder he wanted, the banker offers £2,000which receives loads of groans and Noel asks is it time to fold 'em? Shahid says NO DEAL.

Round 3
10 - 50p The ladder doesn't happen although I don't think Shahid minds
21 - £100,000 Big groans as the 3 biggest power 5 values have gone
20 - £50,000 more groans as the 4th power 5 goes

It's a horrible round for Shahid as he takes out 2 highest values, the banker calls and Noel says this offer is interesting considering what has just happened in that round. NO DEAL.

Round 4
11 - £10,000
17 - £250 cheers for the blue
Shahid goes to Danny with box 2 and Noel asks him if he drank his milk this morning!!!
2 - £ 5

Shahid says he is happier with the board and the nice block of 3 red amounts. The banker thinks this is the offer that will make Shahid move and says 'On your bike-shed' (referring to Shahid's nickname of 'shed') he offers
£7,500. Ian says it's a good offer and is Shahid feeling lucky? Shahid says it's 50/50 at the minute with 4 blues and 4 reds remaining, he then says NO DEAL.

Round 5

Noel says it's a respectful offer. Shahid says DEAL as he didn't want to risk going away with 1p, Noel asks what everyone thought about the decision to deal and they all say it was a good one.

Noel opens Shahid's box 15 and reveals £3,000, box 19 contains 1p.

'That's the way the cookie crumbles' says Shahid and then thanks everyone for a fantastic time while on the show.

Lucy's Game Report

It's not been a good start to the week so far with 2 very low wins, will the banker fulfil his promise of defeating everyone this week and no one going away with more than £10,000?

Noel tries to get everyone in an optimistic mood to go against the banker's threat of defeating everyone this week.

Today's contestant to sit in the 'Crazy Chair' is a rather shocked and excited Lucy, she has box 10 today. We hear that Lucy had a heart problem when younger and had to have a few operations on it, she feels very lucky to be here today. She has her partner in the audience for support today, and also her toy dog 'Dog-Dog'

A very lively audience get us under way....

22 - £20,000

Noel asks Lucy what the banker will think of her, she says smiley and nice - Noel says he won't like that!! Noel puts Lucy's toy dog to the phone to have a chat with the banker!! The banker offers £7,500, Lucy says it's a very good offer, but NO DEAL.

Round 2
3 - £1,000
16 - 1p Cheers, whoops and applause
Lucy picks box 1 next but everyone predicts an Ad break, after the break Noel welcomes us back to Dog-Dog's game!!!! Lucy and Noel get a mug of coffee and Dog-Dog gets his own little DOND bowl!
1 - £3,000

Noel says it's going very well, but wonders how the 'tubby one' feels it's going!! The banker queries the tubby comment and makes an offer of £9,999, he keeps it below the £10,000 so he can keep his promise about no one will be leaving with over £10,000 this week!!!! Lucy says NO DEAL.

Round 3
5 - £50
9 - £75,000 groans for another of the power 5
21 - £5

Everyone in the studio loves that round, the banker wants to speak to Dog-Dog again!! Noel asks the banker what did he say, the banker says it was nice to have an intelligent conversation for once!! He offers £14,000, WOW says Lucy and she says she needs to seriously think about this offer, she goes to Ned who says it's going really well at the minute and the £250,000 has got to appear on the 'Pound Table' soon... Lucy says NO DEAL

Round 4
19 - £10,000
14 - £5,000
Lucy is drawn to box 2 next but Noel tells Lucy that Brian had £75,000 yesterday and does she still want to go with him?! She does
2 - 50p BIG cheers for that one and for once Noel doesn't jinx a box!

Noel says this is good, and wonders if the £250,000 is sitting in front of Lucy, he then tells the banker his plan is in tatters now! The banker offers £27,500, Lucy likes that offer, as does her partner who also says that it's pretty tasty and the banker is trying to get her out the chair now. Lucy looks at the board and talks about the 3 numbers that are still in play that are above her offer, she says NO DEAL.

Noel says he can't answer the phone!! So Lucy picks it up and answers, she tells the banker she thinks she has the courage to go all the way now after no dealing the last offer. The banker offers £35,000, Lucy and the whole studio love that offer, Lucy says it's a meaningful offer and she has often shouted at the TV at home telling people not to be greedy and to deal although now she wants to go on. She gets advice to go with her instincts, and then says DEAL. Lucy is delighted with that result, and says now she has to beat the banker.

Round 6 - Proveout round
18 - £1 groans for the blue
15 - £250 more groans as the £250,000 stays in play.....
20 - £15,000 groans all around

The proveout round leaves a final 2 values of £100 and £250,000 in play, has the £250,000 finally made it to the 'Pound table'? The banker calls and would have offered £105,000!!

Noel opens Lucy's box 10 and reveals £100, the whole studio erupts into applause. Box 12 contains the £250,000.

It was a superb game for Lucy who had some great offers from the banker along the way, and it took some courage to go on especially after the lows of the past few days. The final proveout offer of £105,000 seems a little steep though given the recent offers of around £70,000 to £80,000 when the £250,000 has remained in active play at the end.

The banker says this is going to be the start of his greatest week, he predicts that no one will leave this week with no more than £10,000! Anna-Marie's Game Report

Noel introduces Sunday's game, and there are some careful edits in his intro to avoid mentioning Amanda's show from Friday that didn't air.

Today it's Anna-Marie's turn to take the walk of wealth, she does so with box 14 and there is a little comedy moment between her and Noel as she places the box the wrong way round on the table! Anna-Marie has a lucky charm of a chain that has been carved out of a single block of wood by fellow contestant Brian, she doesn't want to give too much away about her self to the banker at the moment and wants to remain mysterious.

Round 1
3 - 10p
1 - £10
18 - £50,000
11 - £100
9 - £750

The banker calls and tells Noel a story of how he has just bought a £1,000 bottle of wine from an old lady for £12.99!! He then makes an opening offer of £11,000. Anna-Marie says it's a wonderful opening offer and it's very unusual for someone to go at the first round, Noel says it's very unusual as no-one has ever done it before. Anna-Marie says NO DEAL

Round 2
5 - £15,000
19 - 1p
22 - £100,000

Anna-Marie asks Ned what he thinks the banker will do now, he thinks the banker may stick now. The banker notices that both Anna-Marie and her boyfriend are both wearing pink tops and refers to them as salmon, he also agrees with Ned and sticks! His offer stays at £11,000, Anna-Marie won't give anything away to Noel, but asks if she can speak to the banker at some point. Anna-Marie says NO DEAL

Round 3
12 - £75,000 Groans from everywhere on that one! Anna-Marie says there is a big hole in the reds now
20 - £5,000
10 - £20,000 some intakes of breath on Danny's box

Anna-Marie tries to pick another box before Noel pulls her up, the banker says he will talk to Anna-Marie if she counts to 3!!! She does and gets to speak to the banker, he talks to her about folds in skin!!! which Anna-Marie says that sounds horrible!!! He then offers £9,500. Noel mentions the fact that he thinks no-one has gone away with 50p yet! Adie asks for some support for Anna-Marie, and the pilgrims respond with some cheers and applause, Anna-Marie says NO DEAL.

Round 4
Anna-Marie wants a quickie round as these have turn around player’s fortunes in the past.
15 - £250,000 The quickie fails in dramatic style!!!!!
13 - 50p
21 - £35,000

Noel says that is one of the worst rounds we've had for a while and we hear the banker laughing down the phone! He offers £95! Anna-Marie says that's harsh and everyone agrees, she then says NO DEAL.

Round 5
6 - £3,000
4 - £50
8 - £500

Noel says that Anna-Marie is going to get the £10,000 and he is certain the banker will not stick now! The banker calls and offers £1,100, Anna-Marie says she was hoping for more there. Everyone tells Anna-Marie she has to do what is right for her now, Anna-Marie says NO DEAL.

Round 6
16 - £10,000 It's game over for Anna-Marie!
17 - £5
7 - £1,000

That round leaves a final 2 values of £1 and £250, both Anna-Marie and Noel say what a horrible game it's been. The banker says that he admired the way Anna-Marie took the loss of the £10,000 in the last round, but makes a final offer of £99.99, Anna-Marie says NO DEAL.

The banker calls back and offers Anna-Marie the chance to swap her box with the remaining box left in play, Anna-Marie says NO SWAP.

Neil's Game Report

Well it's been a roller coaster of a week so far! The high of Lynne, low of Steve and then the high of Dawn yesterday, hopefully it will not follow that course and produce a low today!! Noel yet again gives us his little speech about the absence of the £250,000 from the ‘Pound Table’ for over 100 shows now! Hopefully it will appear soon and we’ll get a new line of banter from Noel!

It’s Neil’s turn to take the walk of wealth today, he does so with box 20, is he still the banker's creep? Referring to his creeping to the banker while he was on the wings,

Noel reveals that Neil once put a months wages on a horse £1,250, he won though and came away with £2,500, I wonder what the banker will make of that? We see some pics of Neil's children, and learn that he has a few lucky special numbers for the game. Noel mentions Neil's relationship with the banker, Neil says he looks to him as a father figure!

Neil says he is happy with the board after the opening round. The banker calls and says at last he has found his son! The banker says he has been moved by the attention Neil has given him while on the wings, and has a gift for him under the desk. It is a bottle of extremely rich bubble bath!!!! Noel is concerned that the label says perfect for sharing!!!! The banker then makes an opening offer of a Loofa! And £8,000, Neil says NO DEAL.

Round 2
Neil hesitates about choosing box 13 but decides to go for it....
13 - £250,000 Oh dear, he should have stuck with his initial feeling

He offers £8,000, he's dropped the LOOFA!! Neil goes for a bit of advice and everyone says there is still more in the game, so he says NO DEAL.

Round 3
6 - £250
7 - £35,000 groans for one of the power 5
4 - 1p

Noel asks Ned what he thinks of the board, he says it looks like a gamblers board at the moment and is unstable, he then goes to newbie Joey who he describes as a small child from kindergarten!!!! Danny puts up his hand to ask to speak, he tells the banker that small kids are expensive to keep! The banker offers £10,000, Neil says it's a very good offer, he then goes to Ned who says he thinks he should carry on as they had a chat about his game plan earlier. Neil says NO DEAL.

Round 4

Noel says the big dream is still there, and Neil says that the £50,000 is in his box. Noel talks to the banker and tells Neil that the banker is playing the emotional card now and is talking about Neil's family, he offers £9,500. Neil's partner joins him at the table to tell him something, Noel overhears what she said to Neil and it was DEAL NOW! Noel runs through all the different outcomes that the game could produce now and Neil starts to put the offer in real terms. Noel asks for all the values to be removed from the board so Neil can focus on the offer and not get distracted by what values are left! Neil says DEAL.

Noel asks for the values on the board to be returned for the proveout round. Neil says he had to think of his family on that offer and that is why he said deal.

Round 6 - Proveout round
11 - £10
1 - £50
8 - 10p

It would have been the perfect round for Neil if he had played on and leaves a final 2 values of £50,000 and £5,000. The banker says he would have offered £27,000 if Neil had played on, Neil says that is a massive offer and he is gutted, although it could have also gone really wrong, he says he would have taken that offer.

Noel opens Neil’s box 20 and reveals £5,000, box 12 contains £50,000. Neil makes a deal for more than his box is worth, but could have won nearly 3 times as much if he risked one more round.

Steve's Game Report

A serious Noel does the opening question today! He runs through Lynne’s game yesterday and the superb game and outcome she gave us, he talks of the courage shown by her and tells the other contestants that more of the same is needed from them to continue a run of good wins. He asks if today’s contestant will have the same courage that Lynne showed yesterday. The board runs through the contestant's names and stops on Steve.

Steve takes his seat in the crazy chair with box 3 today, he has his daughters in the audience with him for support today, his wife was afraid to join him today as the drama and tension would have been too much for her. National TV awards - Pat M Exclusive Report

As some of you may know Deal or No Deal recently won The National TV award for Best Daytime Programme, it was a fantastic recognition for the programme which has become an instant hit for Channel 4 and also it's host Noel Edmonds.

On the night of the awards 5 ex-contestants were invited along to accept the award on behalf of Endemol/Channel 4 and Pat M (3rd May show) has kindly written a piece about the evening and also allowed us to show you some of her pictures from the night. A big thanks to Pat for taking the time to write this.

Dear friends,
Iv'e been asked to comment on the recent National Television Awards 2006,ceromony at the Royal Albert Hall. Endermol were kind enough to select four other contestants and myself to represent the show. From the letter I received, it was stated " The event is black tie, and if Deal Or No Deal win an award we will require you to go up on stage and collect it- a great privalege" Therefore it was a bit of a dissapointment when only "Sajelia" and "Russell" were asked at the Hotel to go up on stage. As there were only seven in the Deal Or No Deal party it seemed inapropriate that we were not all asked to go up on stage - whereas more than 20 of the Eastender crew were allowed up there in force to receive their award.

All that aside, I wouldn't have missed it for the world. I had a most wonderful time. Everyone of the Stars were so kind. My lifes ambition was to sing in the Albert Hall- so at least I got half way there. It was great to be among the stars, all my favourites from Coronation Street and Emerdale. I will never wash my face again after being kissed by Simon Cowell, girls I can tell you how beautiful he is, so dashing. He has baby teeth, like pearls, absolutely perfect - I'm sure they are real. Met Louis Walsh, had a little chat with him about the place where I come from in Dublin- a place called Fairview. Talked with Philip Schofield and held his hand whilst going into dinner. I said "do you always hold strange ladies hands ?"- he said " your hand was so lovely and warm, I didn't want to let it go."-what a gentleman. We were all scantilly dressed( you can't look glamerous in a Cardie or Overcoat) and it was extreemly cold. Most of the young ladies had skirts up as far as possible, with everything hanging out - it's a wonder they didn't get frost bite. Not me I hasten to add- Too old for all that lark.

Met Kevin le Vell - who knew me from watching DOND - famous or what!- he is a DOND addict. Spoke to all of the young Corrie cast, Jason, Shaun, David, Fizz, Jasons Mom -Sue Cleaver they were all very friendly. Also Ashley and Shadrack from Emerdale. The place we had our meal in - I kid you not we were packed in like sardines. What with holding handbag, camera, glass, plate of food and Knife and fork. I can't recall if I was eating off my plate or the persons next door and I was only drinking orange juice. Saw Chris Tarant on the buffet queue, went to have a chat as I had met him before, when I turned around he had dissapeared.

I left the party just before 1.00am Wednesday morning, I'd just been on my feet for over 14 hours - and walked miles for the first time without my crutches since my Knee Operation. I was completely exhausted, but as the song says " I had the time of my life" Love PatM xxxx.
