Karen's Deal or No Deal Game Report 08/11/10

Noel says we've got players with systems at the moment, and they're based on birthdays and anniversaries. Noel talks about past systems, including the bloke who based his on his local Chinese takeaway, and Mad Sarah who looked at the numbers and saw various objects! He says we've had a lot of nutters, but yesterday, Pat just went from 1 - 22!

Karen has box 10. Karen is from Bristol and she has her boyfriend and dad in the audience, along with some other family members. Karen is a crime scene investigator, and Noel says surely she can recognise that her dad has a dodgy moustache. Karen shows a pic of her at work, and talks a bit about her job. She shows a pic of her nephew.

Karen says she's not got a system, but she might keep some favourite numbers.

Noel says that's a lot of money to get from a phone call. Karen says she's got debt to clear off.

Karen asks her boyfriend, and she says it's her game, and he won't treat her any differently based on what she wins! She then asks her dad, and he says he's not a gambler and it's a lot of money but he'd be tempted to carry on.

Karen asks her dad who says it's an offer worth considering, and her boyfriend says she mustn't mistake courage for greed. Bonita says it's a fabulous chunk of money but it takes courage to win the massive amounts.

Noel says it was clear Karen's boyfriend didn't want her to go on.

Noel says it's a one-box game now.

Noel says that was the worst possible result! Karen starts crying and says she looks like an idiot now.

The banker says Karen was just unlucky, and not stupid. He says his jaw hit the floor when she said no deal.

Karen's boyfriend says he was gobsmacked, and he says he can't believe she did that! Bonita says she could still win £10,000.
