Rose's Deal or No Deal Game Report 28/06/10

Noel says yesterday's game had absolutely everything - a charming player who had belief and a rollercoaster game which resulted in a banker's gamble and a win of £75,000.

Rose has box 22. Rose is retired but she's taken up paragliding! She explains that when she retired, she decided to take every opportunity that comes her way, and she's going skydiving when she reaches 90! She has a good luck card with her, and a pic of her with her late husband on their golden wedding anniversary on the Orient Express. We also get to see a pic of the rest of her family.

Rose says this is a game of chance!

Noel says that's spooky because the £250k came out in the 3rd box yesterday, and Ovie also had it then.

Banker time
Noel winds the banker up over how he lost £75,000 yesterday and everyone cheers. The banker says he loves Rose's attitude.

Banker's offer:
£6,000

Rose thinks about what she could do with the money, and she says she'd like to go on holiday, and she talks about the night-life in Tenerife. Rose then gets confused over whether Noel has asked the question, and then Noel asks her a question about Malta.

Banker time
Noel says what a great round that was. Noel asks if the banker has to keep ringing, as he's interrupting Rose's talk of holidays and travel!

Rose says she'd like to catch a train which slowly passes through Europe. Noel asks her about going on a cruise, and she says she doesn't like water, and she starts telling a story of how she once went on a ferry. Noel gets a chair to make himself comfortable while he listens to the story. Rose completes the story and says how she kept throwing up and the wind was blowing it back into everyone!!! The banker phones back and re-iterates the offer to hurry Rose up.

Noel says this is amazing as Rose has 9 reds in play.

Banker time
The banker says he loves the story about Rose on the ferry, and he says he used to enjoy feeling the spray of the water on his face when he's on a boat, but not any more.

Banker's offer:

Rose says it's a lovely offer but no thank you!!!

Noel explains that Rose's granddaughter is in the audience and is getting married soon, and has invited Rose to her hen-party!!

Noel says that epitomises the show, as it looked so good and now it's not. The banker says it's not over until it's over!

Banker's offer:
£9,500

Noel says that offer is a compliment to Rose. Rose says it's a really good offer but she explains she always ignores everyone's advice and she's doing it now!

Rose tries to find a man with the 1p so she can kiss him.

Banker time
Noel says chances are Rose has a red in her box, but he says it'd have been good to get rid of the 1p.

Rose says her offers are going down like coming down on a parachute! Rose asks her granddaughter who says she still has good money left on the board.

Noel says he thinks Rose is an OHO!

Banker's offer:

Noel says that's a fabulous offer and is very near the average. Rose's granddaughter asks what Rose would regret more with regards to playing on. Rose says she's a risk-taker and she can't see herself changing now, and that she'd be happy with £1,000.

Rose says

The banker phones back and says there are 2 sorts of people in life - drains and fountains, and Rose is definitely a fountain.

Banker's offer:
SWAP

The other box is 9, and Rose says she lives at number 9. She says she wants to move house though, so she'll keep her box 22.

Rose wins £15,000 from her box 22.

All the others rush out to congratulate Rose, and Noel says what a memorable game this has been.
