Jess' Deal or No Deal Game Report 02/03/12

Jess has Box 22 today. Jess Richards is a sports therapist from Llanelli. She tells of how she has always loved sport, after catching a ball thrown by an England footballer. She went on to represent Wales at international cricket.

She has a photo of her family, and has her dad in the audience for support; Noel mocks his voice!

Round 1
Jess has a little system. She's keeping Box 13, and Box 2. Jan first, and Noel questions her about her views for an independant Cornwall! She says it will adopt a new currency: the Truro!
Box 10 with Jan - £50,000
Box 7 with Lynn - £10
Sam next, and Noel criticises him for being too timid!
Box 16 with Sam - £35,000
Box 18 with Carlos - £750
Box 11 with James - £250

Banker time...
A lot better than yesterday, says Noel. The Banker is worried, as Jess is a determined young lady from South Wales!

Banker's offer:

He's taking you seriously, says Noel. Jess says it's a good offer.

Jess says:

Noel promises a story after the round.

Round 2
Box 12 with Dan - £100
Box 3 with Jackie - £20,000
Go top left, says Noel.
Box 1 with Kirsty - 10p

Banker time...
The Welsh are stacking up, says Noel, as Jackie is Welsh too! At least Jackie looks stylish, says the Banker, compared to Mark! The Banker says he found a pair of pink hair straighteners in Mark's hotel room!

Banker's offer:

Lot of money, says Jess. Her dad advises to go on.

Jess says:

Noel tells of how, while playing cricket, Jess once bowled the opposing captain out, and he was later found crying because he was bowled out by a girl!

Round 3
Box 14 with Chris - £15,000
The gap gets bigger, says Noel. You need some bravery now.
Box 4 with Donna - 1p
Box 9 with Damien - £75,000

Banker time...
That increases the gap, says Noel, but the top two are still there. The Banker says he wants to get rid of Wales, by chipping it off with pneumatic drills! Jan tells him not to do the same to Cornwall!

Banker's offer:

Jess talks about what she wants to do with the money. Zoe warns her to be careful. Damien and Jess's dad offer advice too.

Jess says:

Round 4
Noel says this round will tell who is in control.
Box 5 with Carl - £100,000
Noel talks about Laura, who was the first to win the 250k, and how Jess could have the same final two as her.
Box 15 with Lucy - £5,000
I need a blue, says Jess.
Box 6 with Mark - £1,000

Banker time...
An all red round at the wrong time, says Noel. The Banker says this is a difficult offer to make, especially as she took out the 100k. If he goes down, he says, Jess is more likely to go on.

Banker's offer:

It's all about missing the 250k for two rounds, says Noel. Jess says she has a wierd feeling about her box, and that she thinks she has the 250k. The Banker is worried, as she said that after the offer was announced! Jess's dad says the offer is good.

Jess says:

Noel says Jess is very competative, and wants the big money.

Round 5
Box 19 with Dave - £50
Could this be the Welsh hat-trick, says Noel.
Box 8 with Niko - £1
Jess goes for newbie Kelly, but then changes her mind.
Box 21 with Carly - £10,000

Banker time...
The Banker reveals Jess is wearing 100% Welsh deoderant!

Banker's offer:

Jess's dad says it is an extremely good offer. Carl tells her to give it a lot of thought. Dave tells her she can do a lot with 26k. The Banker says that the odds are she will lose the 250k in the next round.

Jess says:

Round 6 - proveout round
Box 17 with newbie Kelly - £3,000
Box 20 with Zoe - £5
One shot, says Noel.
Box 2 with Kingsley - £250,000

Banker time with 50p and £500 remaining.

The Banker says he doesn't want to see a beautiful Welsh girl again!

Banker's offer would've been:

Noel reveals £500 in Jess's Box 22.

Box 13 with Keith contains 50p.

Noel says Jess did her best, and won the game!
