Deal or No Deal although initially appearing very simple in format of just opening a few boxes for the chance to win some big money prizes, actually has some potentially complex decisions to be made at points throughout the show, the contestants occasionally try complex or simple gameplay in an attempt to give them an edge in beating the Banker.

Sam's Deal or No Deal Game Report

We've just about recovered from Rodney's game yesterday Noel tells us, and he talks about how the players are superstitious where they stand. He introduces us to newbie Mike and wonders if he will have Rodney's luck.

It’s Sam’s turn to take the walk of wealth today, and she does so with box 6. Sam has her fiancé in the audience for support, and we get to see a few of her pics of her 2 children and her fiancé. Sam has a dream of getting married and would like to win enough for that dream to come true. Sam has a little box from her Nan with a lucky charm in, her Nan is convinced the banker hangs around the hotel and has told her to be very careful when there and not reveal anything!!

Round 1
1 - £250
5 - £100,000 OH NO goes Sam
2 - £250,000 OMG says Sam, and Noel says it's a total contrast to yesterday
16 - £15,000 More groans
7 - £5 Newbie Mike or Severed as he's known here

Sam has a few tears after that round and her fiancé joins her for support. Noel tells her not to let the game and the banker get to her... He reminds the banker about the bad day he had yesterday. The banker has a pop at Mike and says that when Mike is in a car with his mates, he bets he knows who is driving... A policeman!!! The Banker offers £850… Sam says NO DEAL

Round 2
8 - 50p
Noel gives a big positive speech...
4 - £5,000
3 - 1p

That's better says Sam, that was her biggest fear, the 1p... Noel writes 123 on Sam's hand... The banker is not denying Sam's Nan’s allegation about him working at the hotel!! And he knows which of the contestants are bad tippers!!! He then offers £5,000… That's a huge improvement over the last offer says Noel... Sam says NO DEAL

Sam whispered one more round, which Noel picks up on, and she then says maybe 2 or 3... He warns her to be careful as the banker picks up on things like that...

Round 3
9 - £75,000 Big groans
19 - £10,000
11 - 10p

The banker says he used to go to Saturday cinema and he loved the cliffhangers, he loved it when Flash Gordon would go hurtling towards the edge of the cliff at the end of a show... He says Sam is desperate to get out of the chair now, and offers £2,500… Sam says NO DEAL

Round 4
14 - £50,000 NOOO Damn you goes Sam...
12 - £1
10 - £500 Big cheers

Noel tells Sam she has to think now that Deal or No Deal has a top prize of £35,000... The banker starts some mind games and talks about Sam's children, but she doesn't fall for them... He then offers £3,000… Noel says you might have to start to think of this as a low money day now, and there might not be a lot available, possibly... Sam says NO DEAL

Sam's fiancé joins her at the pound table...
Round 5
15 - £20,000 Oh my word says Noel, and it's now a one-box game...
20 - £100 Big cheers
Sam is drawn to Mac, but she is not sure if he has a big one or a small one Mac says he is just happy he has got one!! That gets a yellow card from Noel!!!
13 - £10

Noel asks Mac where he thinks the banker will go now, and he thinks he will stick... The banker confirms Mac has a big one, if they were talking about brains!! He offers £3,000… Sam would like a sweep... Adam says she should Deal, and the most of the wing agrees... Eric says he would not deal... Sam says NO DEAL

That was a popular decision says Noel, but was it the right one...
Round 6
18 - £3,000
17 - £50 Big cheers
Noel pleads for the £750 now... I think the rest of us are pleading for the £1,000!!!!!
21 - £1,000 BIG CHEERS

It’s time for The Banker with £750 and £35,000 remaining…

Noel tells Sam and her fiancé to think straight now... Noel tells the banker that Sam has made it clear she is going all the way now, but her fiancé seems to want Sam to deal regardless of the offer... The Banker offers £8,000

Noel points out 2 things... Sam was brave to turn down the £3,000, and £8,000 is a big jump from that, and what are the chances of £750 being on the table 2 days in a row...
Sam says NO DEAL

Sam's fiancé is in total shock at her decision.... Sam says she came originally to win the £250,000, and once it went she just thought about going all the way...

The banker calls back and offers the SWAP… Sam says NO SWAP

Noel opens Sam’s box 6 and reveals £750

Box 22 contains the £35,000
