Deal or No Deal although initially appearing very simple in format of just opening a few boxes for the chance to win some big money prizes, actually has some potentially complex decisions to be made at points throughout the show, the contestants occasionally try complex or simple gameplay in an attempt to give them an edge in beating the Banker.

Nathan's Deal or No Deal Game Report

A rather dotty/spotty Noel introduces the show today and has a little comedy moment with the game board as the DOND box fails to appear! Noel talks about the previous few games and how he has really enjoyed them, he then asks for a straightforward big money win today.

It’s Nathan’s turn to take the walk of wealth today, and he has box 18. Noel says Nathan has only said a few words while he has been on the wings, and the banker has nothing to go on, as his file is empty, he is a mystery man. Noel talks about how
Nathan recently destroyed a game and then laughed!! Nathan has his girlfriend Vicky in the audience for support, and Noel asks how long have they been seeing each other, she replies it's about a year, and could go on for a lot longer if Nathan wins loads…

Round 1
9 - £20,000 A few groans for that one
22 - £100 Cheers for the first blue
Nathan starts giggling, which Noel comments on!
3 - £50 More cheers
16 - 10p YES says Noel
Noel asks Nathan to get to The Banker with the power 5 intact
13 - £750 Newbie Gaz

Noel asks the banker what he makes of Nathan, and he replies he's his best buddy! He says Noel has his pal Philip and he has his Nasty Nathan! The Banker talks to Nathan, and says it's a battle between Homer Simpson and Sideshow Bob!! He then offers £600 for Nathan + £16,000 for Vicky!! So the total opening offer is £16,600, Nathan says NO DEAL

Round 2
1 - £1
2 - £35,000 Groans for that one...
Nathan asks Anne-Marie what she thinks she has, and she thinks a blue, but Nathan is not so sure... So goes elsewhere
17 - £15,000

Noel says there is a big gap in the reds now, but Nathan replies it's OK at the moment.
The banker has worked out a formula, that continuing to go out with Vicky works out at £10,000 a year, so if he wins £250,000 they are OK for 25 years!! He then offers the next 2 years of £20,000. Nathan says NO DEAL

Round 3
6 - £5,000
11 - £250,000 Big groans all around the studio
Blue chants start
21 - £50,000 More groans

That was a very painful round says Noel. The banker calls and Nathan beats Noel to the phone and picks it up! Noel turns to the camera and says I'm redundant now! He then disappears off stage and is seen reading a paper!! The Banker chats to Nathan and then offers £5,000, and Nathan shouts out that Noel can come back now, and Noel replies "Nah, you can do it all yourself"!! He says that picking up the phone is his only job, and gets out a tissue to wipe away his tears!!! He then tells Nathan to DEAL!!! Nathan says NO DEAL

Blue chants start

20 - £500 Big cheers for the blue

8 - £5 Big cheers

The Banker calls and offers £15,000, Nathan says he thinks he knows what he is going to do, but wants some reactions from the audience. Noel gives Nathan the mic to ask them himself, and he asks a couple who say no deal. He then asks anyone who would deal to stand, and only a few stand up, but one of those standing is Nathan's girlfriend... Nathan says NO DEAL

15 - £100,000 The chants turn to groans, and Noel says it's uncanny how often a big number first after a big decision!

12 - £10,000 More groans as Noel calls it all or peanuts now

Noel asks could the £75,000 be sat on the table. The banker believes this offer will make Nathan think, and it's a double offer, as it includes a bunch of flowers for Vicky. He offers £7,500, Nathan says NO DEAL

Noel says that's brave, but girlfriend Vicky doesn't seem so sure about the decision.

Round 6

10 - £75,000 BIG groans as it all goes wrong again on the first box of the round
7 - £250
4 - 50p

It’s time for The Banker with £10 and £1,000 remaining. Noel says he knows that Nathan will have regrets, but he says Nathan was really brave and he admires him for his decision. The Banker calls and again makes a double offer, this time it’s £500 + romantic dinner for Vicky, but she chooses who she takes! Nathan asks where the dinner will be, as it could be in another country and it would be well worth taking. The banker calls back and says it's at a restaurant of his choosing! Nathan says DEAL

Noel opens box 18 and reveals £1,000!
