Deal or No Deal although initially appearing very simple in format of just opening a few boxes for the chance to win some big money prizes, actually has some potentially complex decisions to be made at points throughout the show, the contestants occasionally try complex or simple gameplay in an attempt to give them an edge in beating the Banker.

Chris' Deal or No Deal Game Report 24/03/11

Chris has box 18. Chris is a dog-walker from Bristol, and he talks about how he recently took a trip across the world on a whim! He has his parents in the audience, and he says they're about to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. Chris also introduces us to his friend who's in the audience.

Chris shows a photo of him and his friends at a football match at Wembley, and another pic of him in New Zealand. He has a lucky poker chip with him, and he says he plays a lot of poker and is up for having a calculated gamble. Chris has a tub of wax with him due to Noel's recent comments about how he's too old to wax his hair! He reminds Noel that he promised to put on some wax in his game! A man in the audience called John tells Noel that he has to be a man of his word, so Noel says he'll wax his hair if John will, and he agrees!

Newbie Hilde now, and she talks about how she lives in Birmingham but she's originally from a small town near Hanover in Germany. She says Noel's fantastic!

Banker time
The banker says Noel's hair looks nice! He says he enjoyed Hilbe's entrance to the show.

Banker's offer:

Noel says that's exceptional. Chris talks about what he wants to do with the money, including giving some money to Stephen and Crystal who won blues in the last 2 shows.

Chris says

Noel gets John down from the audience and they go off to get their hair done!

Round 2
Noel welcomes John back on set with his waxed hair, and then Noel comes out with his waxed hair, and he looks like Albert Einstein after an electric shock.

The banker says Noel looks like Ken Dodd, and he and Chris look like a bad Wham tribute.

Chris says that's such a good offer. He says 13 is his lucky number, and his friend had told him to take an offer in the teens!

Chris asks his Dad, who says he'd take the money. Chris says the last 2 players have had their luck run out at the last minute, and he doesn't want to let people down. He asks for a sweep, and most of them say he should deal.

The banker phones and says he'd have phoned at this point, to promise an offer of £90,000 if this box is not the £250,000.

Banker time with £50 and £250,000 remaining...

The banker says even though the blue is only a modest one, he'd have been terrified of Chris at this stage.

Banker's offer would've been:

Chris has £250,000 in his box 18.

Box 13 with Bev contains the £50

Noel says this is a tricky moment for a player like Chris. Chris says if he'd gone on, he would've swapped for box 13 and won £50.
