Deal or No Deal although initially appearing very simple in format of just opening a few boxes for the chance to win some big money prizes, actually has some potentially complex decisions to be made at points throughout the show, the contestants occasionally try complex or simple gameplay in an attempt to give them an edge in beating the Banker.

Pat's Deal or No Deal Game Report 07/11/10

Noel hopes we are having a spectacular weekend, and has a delve into the files of the contestants to help out the people who dip into the show at the weekends. He talks about the addictions of some of the contestants, Glenn has to make sure the labels are all the right way around in the cupboard, Hitch does an uncle Albert impression from Only fools and horses!

Pat has box 12 today.Pat is from Whittle-sea, and Pat tells us a little about her life and how all her children still live there as well and they don't seem to want to go away Pat has her husband in the audience for support and Pat talks about how she met him while he was out walking his dog, and Noel says that is a classic use of a dog for a man! Pat shows us some family pics. She also has a Christmas card from her late dad.

Pat asks if she can simply do it 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 and so on, and Noel says of course she can.

It could have been worse says Pat. The Banker agrees with Pat and it could have been worse and then has a go at Noel for picking on Pat! He was going to offer Pat £3,456

Banker time
Noel mentions about how Pat's husband hasn't been well lately with kidney problems, and they are looking for a nice win to have some fun. Pat says that her husband would like a new car and Noel gets interested in which one as he likes cars, but Pat says he doesn't know. The Banker calls and says that he is a little upset that Pat has declined his next offer, and Pat then asks if was £4,000 or £10,000

Noel asks if there is any point in asking the question, and Pat tells him he has to do things right

Pat wonders off to the wrong wing for the next box which confuses Noel a little

Pat writes something on Noel's card and he asks why she has written £30! Pat says she hasn't written that, she has written £30,000 as that is what she needs for the things she would like to do.

We are on a roll now says Pat. The Banker says the only way that Pat will get £30,000 is to go to her final 2 boxes and that is a big risk.

You could get addicted to this says Pat. Noel asks if he could do a little health check, as the problem with a system like this is you can easily get swept along and play to the end without a lot of thought. The Banker respects the fact that Pat declined the last offer.

Pat whispers to Noel that she really wanted £25,000 but put £30,00 just for the Banker, and the Banker calls back and says he has been hustled

Pat says it has been fantastic and it has all been a dream as she is an insignificant person. The Banker calls and says he wants Pat to take 2 things away with her today, but now thinks there are 3 things, £20,000 of his money, she is not an insignificant person, and also take her husband away
