Deal or No Deal although initially appearing very simple in format of just opening a few boxes for the chance to win some big money prizes, actually has some potentially complex decisions to be made at points throughout the show, the contestants occasionally try complex or simple gameplay in an attempt to give them an edge in beating the Banker.

Debs Deal or No Deal Game Report 27/05/10

Noel says the issue of friends and family has reared its head again, and he talks about Liam's game yesterday. He says we were denied the first male quarter-millionaire because of family intervention yesterday!

Debs has box 11. Noel says is Debs is absent-minded as she forgets it's the afternoon! Debs has her brother in the audience today, and she talks about how she met her husband Edward when she was 17, in a chicken factory! She says they've been together ever since, and we get to see a pic of them at her 50th birthday party, and they're dressed in ABBA outfits. She also shows a pic of her 7 grandchildren, and a pic of her baby daughter Sharon who passed away at the age of 6 months.

Round 1
Debs' system is based on birth dates of her family. Noel says he hopes she plays HER game!
17 - Jodie - £35,000
Paul now, and Noel makes fun of his accent again!
2 - Paul - £3,000
14 - Steve - £5,000
Adam next, and Noel says he's convinced Adam has grown since he arrived!
3 - Adam - £1,000
10 - Alan - £250,000

Banker time
The banker says it feels like he's just had a dinner with Debs and it ended with a perfect dessert!

Banker's offer:
£200

Debs says that would pay for a meal out!

Debs says

Round 2
9 - Neil - £750
18 - Logan - £50
Debs says she has a present for Noel and the banker, and it's a cake which has little models of Noel and the banker arguing over who should open a red box, which is actually a red coffin.
1 - Rosie - £20,000

Banker time
The banker says that cake brings a whole new meaning to the phrase 'death box'.

Banker's offer:
£3,500

Debs says that's a good offer for the board.

Debs says

Round 3
5 - Ahmed - 50p
Jean now, and Noel says he doesn't like her because she had a go at him when she first arrived!
16 - Jean - 10p
Noel comments on how Debs could have the perfect round now.
12 - Jo - 1p

Banker time
The banker says Gail Hudson is the only other player to do that.

Banker's offer:
£10,500

Debs asks her brother, who says take the money! He then says he's only joking. Noel says she has the advantage of the board at the moment.

Debs says

Round 4
19 - newbie Mark - £75,000
6 - Chloe - £5
Noel says newbie Mark is annoying him, because of a comment he made about Noel not being as good looking as he is! Noel also runs through Jean's complaints about the hotel.
21 - Mikey - £50,000

Banker time
Noel says it's a one-box game now, in terms of life-changing money. The banker says Debs has collapsed from the dizzy heights of the last offer.

Banker's offer:
£2,500

Debs says it's a good offer and it would get her to Vegas on a boat, which is what she wants to do! Jean says the game can only get better, and Noel says "Oh right, ok". Lee says there's another round in it.

Debs says

Round 5

20 - Clive - £100,000
22 - Lee - £10,000

Banker time
What a round says Noel, and he also says it's a totally one-box game now. The banker says Jean put the mockers on it for saying it'd get better, and Jean says no, Noel put the mockers on it.

Banker's offer:
£900

Noel says it's disappointing but understandable, and Debs says it's still a good offer. Debs' brother comes down to join her at the pound table.

Banker time with £250 and £15,000 remaining

Debs says because her family is so short, they're called the Smurf family!

Banker's offer:

Debs says it's very good and Noel says it's the 2nd highest offer of the game. Debs talks about how box 4 is significant for her, and it's the other box remaining on the wings.

Debs says

Debs has £250 in her box 11.

Box 4 with Ralph contains the £15,000

Noel says box 4 would've come up trumps for her! She talks about how she'll put the money towards finishing an extension on their house.
