Deal or No Deal although initially appearing very simple in format of just opening a few boxes for the chance to win some big money prizes, actually has some potentially complex decisions to be made at points throughout the show, the contestants occasionally try complex or simple gameplay in an attempt to give them an edge in beating the Banker.

David's Deal or No Deal Game Report 24/05/10

Noel wishes the wings good luck at the start of a new week. He starts sniffing around and sprays the studio as there is a smell of fear in the Dream Factory and the contestants have been affected by it after a few low wins. Noel tells everyone to forget the low wins and play their own game.

David has box 4 today. David is from the of Isle of Wight and confesses to be a very emotional person. He has his brother and wife in the audience for support today. David runs a water ferry business. We get to see a family photo, also a picture of his water taxis and another of his chickens.

Noel asks David if he is an OHO, and David confirms he is and will make the most of his game.

That was close to an all-blue round says Noel. The Banker says he will be honest with David and there are certain contestants that make his wallet itch!

David says that is fantastic and he is living in a dream at the moment. Noel reveals that David would like to own a pot-bellied pig.

The Banker calls back and says he knows he won't get David cheap, but he is going to get him!

That is very good money says David. Lee says that David's wife told them to keep David grounded today.

The Banker is going to be completely honest with David, he thinks David will not go all the way in his game

Noel thinks the Banker has got David now, and David says he has got him a little bit and that was a clever offer. David goes to Clive who thinks he should carry on, and Paul agrees with that. David says this is a crucial part in the game where if you play on it can go very wrong.

Noel thinks David is ready for the question and is about to ask it when the Banker calls back and waffles on at all the advice David just had! David goes to his wife as he needs some help here. Lee tells him that fortune favours the brave.

What a round says Noel. David says that he said he should have kept box 22 today, but doesn't know why he just chose it. The Banker says that showed great courage to turn down the last offer.

Noel asks David if he has had enough now, or is he an OHO? David turns to his wife and asks if she wants him to take the £8,000 and have a fantastic time with that money.
