Imani's Deal or No Deal Game Report 24/08/10

Noel talks about the superstitions that the contestants have about the show, and how some contestants think that a bad start to the week sets the tone for the rest of the week, but thankfully yesterday Kevin produced a Banker Spanking and got the new season off to a great start.

Imani has box 6 today. Imani is from Manchester and works in a call center, she says it is not very exciting really as it involves calling people regarding debt management. She would love to set up a business to work with children, and she did set up some workshops a while ago with a government grant, but would like to do more on a business level. We get to see card with a picture of Imani and her fiancee who is in the audience for support today. Imani says that she was born on the same day as her fiancee and they often have arguments as to who was born first

Round 1
3 - £50,000 Martyn
10 - £1,000 Letty
Imani quotes a little saying that she wrote to help give her strength. The Banker calls and says that he is really touched by that and then recites one of his little ditties!
7 - £3,000 Daphne

Banker's offer:

That is a really good offer and a lot of money says Imani, and it would take her a long time to save that up with what she earns in her job. Imani's fiancee then reveals that he is out of work at the moment and that is a huge sum of money. Imani says that would do a lot for them at the moment, and she came on the show looking for a sum that would make things easier for her and that amount would do that.

Imani says
