Danny's Deal or No Deal Game Report 27/08/10

Noel talks about Linda's game and how she went through an amazing emotional turmoil in her game and wonders if the contestants waiting on the wings now think it was a good idea applying

Danny has box 5 today. Danny is a stock auditor. Noel asks about mystic Danny, and Danny talks about a tarot card reading he had and was told if he had his game on a Friday it would be amazing. He has a 7 of Diamonds playing card with him, and explains how they used to play cards as a family and his gran would always win at cards if she had that card in her hand. We get to see a picture of Danny's son Sam who is 6 months old. He has his friend Steve in the audience for support today. Danny has a few numbers he will be keeping until later in the game.

Round 1

20 - £5,000 Justin
15 - 50p Sue

Banker time
Noel says that the Banker will be wondering what to make of Danny. The Banker says he won't ever admit to that, but he hasn't got a clue of what to do with Danny, and he sent spies out to try and figure Danny out. The spy went to the bar and ordered a cranberry juice and Danny came up to the spy and said he knew his game and what he was up to

Banker's offer:
£7,700

Danny says
NO DEAL

Banker time
The powerful block is still intact says Noel. The Banker says that there are still 7 reds in play.

Banker's offer:
£17,000

Noel says the Banker is taking Danny very seriously now, and he asks Danny what he would do with that sort of money. Danny says they are a single income family and that would make things very stable for them. Danny says the problem with this type of board it is very enticing to play on, but it could quickly crumble. The Banker allows Danny's friend to talk, and he says it is a very strong board. Danny gets advice from the wings. Noel says that generally people who deal on the 3rd offer make a mistake, but Danny says in his time on the wings he has seen more car crashes from this point in the game. Noel calls a break to give Danny more time to think about the offer. Noel says this game is fascinating and so different to Linda's game where she was nervous and Danny is so laid back. The Banker calls and asks to speak to Danny. The Banker tells Danny to be his own man.

Danny says
DEAL

Round 4 - Proveout round

Banker time
There is a hole in reds, but was that enough says Noel. The Banker says so far Danny has done the right thing.

Banker's offer would've been:
£14,000

Round 5 - Proveout round
8 - £5 Dan
19 - £50 Janet
Oh no, no, no, says Noel.
14 - 1p Jade

£31,000

£1,700

Noel opens Danny's box 5 and reveals £3,000

Box 6 with Jayne contains the £750
