Paul's Deal or No Deal Game Report 07/07/10

Noel talks about timing and how it's been missing in the last few games, and he runs through Emma's and Rob's games and how their timing was appalling!

Paul has box 21. The Dad's Army theme tune plays as Paul takes the walk of wealth. Paul is a retired salesman and he sol pork pies, power tools and confectionery, amongst other things! He now works part-time in an independent menswear store, and he has 2 pairs of red and blue socks for Noel! We get to see a pic of his daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren, and another pic of Paul with his wife, who is in the audience today. His wife says that Paul didn't even tell her he'd applied for the show!

Noel says Paul reminds him of a vicar!

Banker time
Noel asks if Paul is into recycling, because that round was rubbish. The banker says Paul has been a good sport about the whole Captain Mainwaring stuff, and he makes jokes based around it.

Round 2
Maria now, and Noel gets excited as she shakes her breasts at him. The banker phones back and says Noel is in there with Maria, and he says if this is 1p, both Paul and Noel should get the 1p kiss.

Kevin now, and Noel makes fun of the hoodie he's wearing.

Banker time
The banker says he's enjoying this, and he picks on Keeley again.

Newbie Martin now, and Noel makes fun of his clothes.
11 - newbie Martin - 50p
Noel asks Paul if there's an eyelash in his eye, and Paul says he can't see one. The banker phones back and shows a close-up of Noel's eye, and his mascara has run.

5 - Imani - £20,000

Banker time
Noel asks Imani for some mascara but she won't give it to him! The banker says Noel has his eyebrows plucked and he waxes!

Banker's offer:
£5,000 + giant bottle of luxury eyelash extension plumping stuff for Noel

Paul says

Round 4
Paul says he recently had some heart problems and had a heart bypass, and says he wants to publicly thank his wife for her support while he recovered. Paul reveals he has a system, and he's using house numbers and birthdays, but he's now left with numbers that don't mean anything...

Paul gets confused and calls Noel 'Russ'! The banker phones back and says one lick of mascara, and now Noel is Russell Brand.
7 - Dai - £250

Banker time
Paul says this is better. The banker says he's optimistic as he thinks Paul has a touch of Pike in him!

Paul says "oh well" while everyone BOOs!

Round 5
Paul says he needs a new TV and Noel says avoid HD as he looks shocking without make-up. They then talk about filming the show in 3D...
3 - Linda - 1p
Linda runs out to give Paul a hug, and she gives Noel one too. Noel says he nearly got another black eye when she hugged him.
13 - Ovie - £5
8 - Harry - £10,000

Banker time
Paul says he'd be happy to win £5,000 at this stage and he's prepared to win 10p. The banker says Captain Mainwaring isn't getting in a panic...

Banker's offer:
£4,500

Noel says he thinks the banker is testing Captain Mainwaring's manoeuvres. Noel asks Paul's wife, who says he only has to take out the 2 reds and he'll be left with nothing. The banker phones back and says he likes Paul's wife! He says if Paul keeps the £35,000 in play, the offer will be at least £14,500. Paul says he thinks he can guess what his wife wants him to do.

Round 6 (proveout)
Paul reveals that his daughter texted yesterday and told him to be wary of box 16.
