Deal or No Deal although initially appearing very simple in format of just opening a few boxes for the chance to win some big money prizes, actually has some potentially complex decisions to be made at points throughout the show, the contestants occasionally try complex or simple gameplay in an attempt to give them an edge in beating the Banker.

Joyce's Deal or No Deal Game Report

Noel says there is a very good atmosphere in the studio at the moment and we have 22 very courageous contestants. He hopes the £250,000 will appear on the pound table and the player is brave enough to go for it.

It's Joyce's turn to take the walk of wealth today, and she does so with 6. A retired housewife with a large family, Noel jokes around running off huge numbers of children, grandchildren and great grandchildren!!! Joyce tells Noel she loves going to bingo and goes 5 nights a week, it's then revealed that fellow contestant Pauline goes to the same bingo club as Joyce, although she didn't know her at the time of applying to the show... Joyce runs through what she wants to do with the money she wins, she wants a big TV and a Porsche to learn to drive in!!

Round 1
2 - £10 Big cheers
17 - £20,000 Newbie Den, she tells us she fell off the back of the stage and asks for yellow stuff to be put there as a warning! Noel has a go at Den for being so silly as to do that and then goes and pretends to fall off the walk of wealth!!
8 - £5

21 - £100,000

Noel waffles to the Banker about Den and her health and safety issues!! The Banker asks Den if it's safe for Joyce to race down the road in a Porsche! He then offers £8,911, Joyce says NO DEAL

Round 2
22 - £3,000
13 - £500
There are workmen in the background now putting up fencing behind Den!! And she now gets a hard-hat and high-viz jacket!!
Blue chants start
16 - £15,000

The banker says he has something in common with Den, and he does risk assessments, and he's done one on Joyce's board and it's high... He then offers £12,500. Theresa says it's a good offer, but it's also a good board... Joyce says NO DEAL

18 - £1,000
20 - 50p BIG CHEERS

Joyce talks about when she destroyed Steve's game, and how the banker did like her. Joyce tells a story about Steve at the hotel, and how in the middle of night instead of going to his bathroom, he went outside into the corridor naked and his door shut behind him!! The then calls and offers £24,500. Joyce goes to Kev, he says he would go on at the moment, and Philip agrees. Noel says it is a very good offer, but Joyce says NO DEAL

Round 4
We want no regrets now says Noel
3 - £750 BIG CHEERS and a WOW from Noel
Noel builds up the tension and blue chants start
1 - £75,000 The chants change to groans
14 - 10p BIG CHEERS

The banker talks about the loss of the £75,000, but Noel says the £250,000 is still in play. The banker then asks to speak to Joyce, and Noel tells her not to be bullied by him. The banker chats away to Joyce and after a while she just says BYE! She then tells Noel that no man frightens her. The Banker offers £20,000, and Joyce is just about to answer Noel when the banker phones back!! He says he has re-aligned the offer, and it's now £30,000... Phil says that is a serious sum of money, Theresa tells her to think about this and to go with her heart. Joyce says DEAL

Round 5 - Proveout round
5 - £10,000 wouldn't have been enough says Noel
15 - £50,000 Cheers for that one...
10 - £100

Joyce tells Noel that the £30,000 was above her target. The Banker would have offered £55,000...

Round 6 - Proveout round

You've got to find the £250,000 now says Noel
7 - £250,000 Big cheers and applause
9 - £35,000

It's time for The Banker with £50 and £250 remaining. The banker would have offered £130
