Deal or No Deal although initially appearing very simple in format of just opening a few boxes for the chance to win some big money prizes, actually has some potentially complex decisions to be made at points throughout the show, the contestants occasionally try complex or simple gameplay in an attempt to give them an edge in beating the Banker.

Lucy's Game Report

Noel talks about risk and reward, greed and ambition, and the contestants challenge of getting that balance just right to produce the perfect game for them.

It's Lucy's turn in the 'Crazy Chair' and she has box 10 today, She moves the chair and gets comfy as she says she is going to be there a long time!! Noel runs off stage and gets a chair for himself and sits next to Lucy, we learn that Lucy is training to be a driving instructor, so expect lots of women driving jokes today!!! Lucy loves Vegas and is not afraid of gambling.

Noel says one of the best starts for a very long time and Lucy says be very afraid! The banker calls and offers £14,400, Lucy says NO DEAL.

More chants of BLUE BLUE BLUE start again and Noel encourages it even more to lat throughout the commercial break.

The banker thinks that Lucy disguises her feelings, she says that's not right and what you see is what she feels. The banker thinks her eyes gives it all away and offers £9,400, Marriete thinks there is more in the game as does Lucy's friend in the audience, Lucy says NO DEAL.

Round 3

Lucy's not sure how many boxes she's opened, and the banker calls and says he's stuck in gear now!! He offers £9,400, Lucy says she would like to beat the banker up!!! The banker calls back!! He says come and have a go if you think you are hard enough!! Lucy says NO DEAL.

The banker says he was shocked by the way Lucy handled the loss of the £250,000, he expected her to be more devastated by it's loss and show more emotion, he offers £8,000. Lucy turns to her friend and asks what she would do if she was sat in the chair, she says she would go on. The banker calls back and he wants to speak to Lucy, they have a little chat and Noel wonders if Lucy will share the chat with us, she says no he was just trying to play mind games, she then says NO DEAL.

12 - £35,000 Chants turn to groans

Noel says it's shaping up to Lucy possibly having to go all the way now, the banker offers £9,100, there are groans from the pilgrims. Lucy says it was a little tight, she calls her friend down from the audience for support, she goes to Conor who says it is very similar to Neil's game now. Lucy says DEAL. Lucy reveals that she has promised her friend half of her winnings so couldn't risk leaving with nothing.

It's time for the banker with £10,000 and £1,000 remaining, he would have offered £4,550,
Lucy would have gone on at that offer.

Noel opens Lucy's box 10 and reveals £10,000, box 18 contains the £1,000.
